was a bit nervous after looking at TP after already placing the order, but the order arrived within a few days and is in perfect condition/perfectly sized! over the moon with my Tim Robinson t shirt - thank you!

Ordered a t-shirt that wasn't as per their size guide, so had to return. Ordered another one in correct size. The returns process isn't monitored and when I didn't receive my refund, they asked to provide a proof of posting. Sadly, I never kept the post office receipt. Very poor service, customer service has no common sense. I even showed both orders I made, they still chose not to believe me. Will never purchase another item here after this abysmal first and last experience.

I ordered from Chargrilled.de expecting a european shipment but my order was shipped from the UK so I got stung with import duty - don't pretend to be in Europe if you aren't. T-shirt eventually arrived but took three weeks and the shirt absolutely stunk outside of the packet (I'm guessing they print on demand and didn't bother to air it after printing). Finally the links to order tracking in the email they sent me didn't work at all!

About 9 days later T Shirt received thank you.

Seems good quality but you really need to speed up your process for despatch regardless of the time of year.

And I also received emails about despatch etc so a positive.

sent wrong sizes then sent back on 1 july they said arrived 10th july then said post office ... rubbish i tried one on very itichy dont use them... and thenthey try to cover up dont use

Chargrilled not only has a huge range of good quality T shirts to choose from, there is something for everyone and with sizes and a choice of fit for all shapes, it also has free delivery and free returns, all dealt with quickly and the best customer services I have ever come across (thank you Jayne)!
They are so friendly, helpful and so efficient.
We will not buy T shirts from anywhere else in future, my brother was so pleased with them all and he wears a lot of T shirts.

Ordered a Tee shirt for my son. When it arrived there was a mistake. I phoned the company and the problem was immediately attended to and my son received the correct Tee shirt within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

The T-shirts (although Gildan which are good quality) are a thinner, lighter option than most similar retailers use. The print quality is average at best, with white print looking decidedly greyer and much duller than expected. The products are much more expensive than some other retailers.

The designs were good, but I don't think I'll be coming back in a rush. I think I'll stick to QWERTEE.

This company is simply brilliant. The range of slogans and messages is huge - just browsing had us in stitches. I ordered 6 different Tee shirts and hoodies, and every one was top quality - fabric, sizing, styling and printing were all great. And the service was amazingly speedy - I placed my 2nd order only a few days before Christmas, and despite every other company warning of delays, it was here within 36hrs.
So thank you - it was a treat to do business. All my friends and family will definitely be getting tee shirts again next year!

I should have read the reviews on CHARGRILLED before I ordered my 3 x shirts
You never know with reviews which ones are genuine but when you see the repeated issue of "NON DELIVERY" and "NO REFUND" you begin to understand.
My advice is to find a supplier who doesn't get this many complaints re "NON DELIVERY" or at least one who compensates their customers.

Ordered a t-shirt for my son at Xmas. When it came it should have had the slogan,'carefully disguised as a responsible adult', but the letter R was missing at the beginning of 'responsible'.
I didn't realise until he opened it on Xmas morning.
Sent them an e-mail with a picture of the t-shirt. Had a reply very quickly with apologies, and offering to replace it.
New t-shirt has already been dispatched. No complaints about customer service; this is how it should be done.

Truly horrendous company. Do not use. I ordered over a month ago and have still not received my two jumpers. I have emailed them 6 times, the reply is only a tracking link which shows the wrong parcel and it is still in China. Shocking service. Fake address and phone number.

Working with Paypal to get a refund now.

Great products and great service. One of the t shirts was too small and the exchange process was very straightforward and best of all free! The replacement t shirt was even dispatched to a different address (at my request). All this just a few days before Christmas.
Very happy customer!

Bought via Amazon, estimated time to arrive was over a week ago and don’t believe the UK address. After chasing they sent a link to track, hadn’t even left CHINA! The date posted was when I chased, no apologies or communication. So now I still have no T-shirt, missed the birthday it was intended for and writing this to warn others!

I ordered a t-shirt yesterday. It was dispatched same day and arrived today. Quality appears decent too. Excellent service!

After 3 weeks of no t shirt arriving I then contacted chargrilled for them to tell me the payment had been unauthorised. Looking then at PayPal they had indeed taken the money out of my account. Eventually they admitted yes they do have the funds and they just hadn’t processed the order so I was £15 down with no gift to give. No apology from them. Refund given.

Good shirts at a good price, however there was a 5+ day order processing time. Once the order was processed was quickly delivered. Just needs better tracking/ processing of orders.

great quality, exactly as described, prompt delivery, will keep using....
