Should have done my research. Scammed me for $75. Fortunately I disputed the charges with my bank in time

This company is a total scam they took my money and didn’t deliver and would not reply to my emails. They are an absolute disgrace and why Havnt they been exposed. Robbing bastards.

SCAM!!!! Nothing there. I had to report the loss of my credit card to avoid being charged. But they are still trying to charge it to the void credit card regularly. So DISGUSTING.

Awful SCAMMERS took £40 out of my bank account claims to be a free website when you sign up but they take money out of your account do not use.

Cinemuse IS A SCAM. They lie about everything. They popped up when I was looking for a movie. They said instantly you get to stream but after u give them ur info they redirect u to pages of offers but heres the caper, after doing all of that, the movie that you want is not even featured nd they're not free smh someone needs to close this site down. The lies just kept coming. I tried to cancel my subscription and it said they didnt have any active subscription under that email, yeah okay thats AFTER they have my card number!! This is a complete scam!! Disgusting!!

Please don't use this site. I did the 7 day trail for 3 days and canceled....it's misleading they don't have movies that direct you to their site. I signed up because I looked up a movie I wanted to see and cinamuse popped up and offered a 7 day free trail. I signed up and the movie I wanted to see was not offered on that site......don't waste your money.

This site is, as every review ought to indicate, an absolute scam whose sole purpose is to cheat anyone not careful enough to verify whether or not it is legitimate. Rest assured, it's not legitimate and very shady. These people are thieves. Don't register or give them any information!

A complete scam. Luckily i found out and moved the money on my card into my mother's account. But after ringing my bank to stop future payments i found that they'd tried to take money already. I thought it was supposed to be free 😤

Let this be a reminder to all of you: NEVER trust a website of any sort without looking through their customer reviews. Sadly, I was not smart enough to adhere to this bit of wisdom before trusting this site with my information. Nothing like a good'ole $34.95 charge smack-to-the-face to bring me back to the realization that if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is. This is another case of "hidden in the fine print" scams. If you miss one of those font sized 0.5 lines of text in the bottom left of your screen then you can kiss your bank account goodbye. Site does not even have the movies nor shows advertised and will happily charge your card for just about anything they can get away with. Upon trying to cancel my account I discovered that (conveniently for them) their link was not working. So, on to plan B: send an email. Was informed that I would receive a confirmation email and never got it. Therefore, on to plan C: call the support number. After a grueling and awful time navigating their terribly set up automated service I then sat on the phone with a lady that quite obviously does not enjoy her job nor care for my predicament what-so-ever. Please save yourself the time and money and DO NOT SIGN UP.

Dear People Don't use this is Website. It is Fraud Website The have deduct my amount like Rs.3000. They said it is free trail Membership if you provide your Credit or Debit card Details Every month They can deduct your amount form without your permission so Be careful Guys .

These are Fraudster, Never ever provide your credit card details to these fraudsters. They say free trial, but later they charge the amount from your CC. It will be continued for next month also, if you do not block your credit card. They can also use your cc details for other transactions.
I had to block my credit card after they deducted 2300 INR.

Despite cancelling my subscription after 10min, they have refused to refund my credit card.

I ordered a free trial from this service because they said they had the movie the Revenant. They not only did not have that movie all their other movies are crap. I called that very same day to cancel. No body every picked up no one ever sent me an email. And then they charged my credit card for the 9.95 and the 39.95. Horrible experience.

I too had a $39.95 charge on my Master Card. I had never heard of this company before. I had to cancel my card and get another, waiting 7-10 days for a replacement card and still have not gotten reimbursed by my bank. Thanks a lot Cinamuse for all the hassle!! What a worthless Company....!!!!!!....TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!

This site is a SCAM! Tried to discontinue services , Have not been able to reach anyone to discontinue! I am being robbed of 40,00 per month, for something I never received a trial basis on!!

This company is most certainly a scam and it feels like their replies are copied and pasted. They spend a lot of time apologizing while they're ripping you off but they aren't even very good at that. It's ironic.These people seem like they'd be just like Philip Seymour Hoffman's character/posse in Punch Drunk Love. It's eerie. Fortunately they really just end up stealing from the banks and it's just an inconvenience to get a new card setup. Personally I've never had a bank not reverse a charge like that. I realize some aren't as fortunate. So sorry to those who feel their trust has been betrayed. I didn't get scammed by them cause I know better now but you never know.
