Next day delivery, didn’t happen and item was broken.

Had reservations about using this company after reading some reviews, but my fiancé insisted it will be fine. Ordered before 2pm for a next day delivery, received an email this morning saying it was on its way and here is the tracking number. I waited in ALL day, confused by the fact the link they provided took me to DHL where my tracking number was not found. I have just received a message informing me my parcel will be delivered Monday by DPD. This is not on! I paid for next day delivery. Have guests arriving and will now have to go out and purchase furniture first thing tomorrow morning. Just gets better and better, item has now arrived and is broken whimper whimper! Have changed my review from 1 star to 3 on the basis of Hannah who was very polite and helpful. New part being sent out. Not a great experience all in all but at least they are trying.

Allibert California 2 Seater Sofa and Table

We received these items last week, unfortunately there was a problem with the table, but after contacting Gemma through the 'chat' function on the website it was all sorted with no fuss at all. Gemma provided excellent customer service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending CleverBoxes. The sofa and table look absolutely great in the garden, and for the money, they're spot on.

MyHermes Used. Haven't received parcel yet.

They have used myHermes for the delivery of my product. They were meant to deliver on Thursday. On Friday they said they'd missed us due to 'restricted access' and lied again about the same issue today. According to my rights as a consumer, it is the retailer's responsibility to get my goods delivered properly (search into google: my order hasn't arrived which.co.uk ). I want my item delivered today or further action will be taken.

Took my money without having the items I ordered.

I placed an order for some garden furniture with Cleverboxes. At the time of transaction all seemed in order. When the order didn't arrive in the stated delivery time I had to contact the company to chase the order. At that point, although they had taken my money and had it for a week, I was told they didn't have the items I ordered and never did. Although I was provide with a refund there was no offer to try and help me source the item or any offer of gesture to keep me as a customer. I would be very weary of using this company in the future due to suspect order processing and customer service. There are may other choice out there.

Bought a DJI Mavic drone..

Ordered a DJI Mavic drone and it was delivered the next day with DPD! So super quick delivery! however I changed my mind and had to return it. Return procedure was straight forward and communication was great, all enquiries were responded to pretty quickly. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to not receiving the refund for the returned goods for over 8 days till I made a phone call to them. Overall a great company to deal with. I would definitely use again.

Excellent first experience with Cleverboxes.

I had my first experience with Cleverboxes. I have ordered bed linien and could not create one order , I had to split my purchase in two different orders. I have contacted Cleverboxes and aksed them for help.
I was contacted the same day and they quickly arranged everything to be delivered in one order , but also reimbursed me the delivery cost.
Excellent experience. The order arrived in one day, well packed and everything as expected.

Garden set

I ordered a rattan garden set from Cleverboxes the ordering was easy and the delivery was excellent and most of all the garden furniture is really good, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Cleverboxes.

Without Prejudice

Without Prejudice: Pair of Allibert Daytona Sunloungers - Cappuccino.
Turned up with broken cushion strap. Called Customer Services - was told I'd get a new cushion sent out. Never turned up. Called CS again - this time told they don't know when they will get more stock. Not good that I have to keep calling them over and over. They could simply send an email saying they are waiting for stock but NO I have to call them to get an update. AVOID this retailer! Better to pay a little extra and get stock from a reputable company. There customer services is very poor!

Brilliant first experience!

My first experience with Cleverboxes.com has been excellent and I'm really pleased with my purchase!

I received an email with my tracking number for Hermes and the parcel arrived on time and in great condition.

The item itself (Minky Indoor/ Outdoor Freestanding Airer) was of a great price and is really sturdy and useful!

Overall, I'm really impressed with the service of Cleverboxes and will be sure to order with them again.

Our experience with Cleverboxes began…

Our experience with Cleverboxes began as a nightmare, but Gemma on the Customer service team turned it around.

We ordered a coffee table and paid extra for next day delivery. Unfortunately Yodel only delivered half the coffee table! There was a bit of back and forth between Cleverboxes and Yodel, but a week later Cleverboxes arranged for the second half of the table to arrive. Unfortunately, Yodel then delivered an open box with a damaged table inside. The quality of the furniture was not great (very poor veneer) so I contacted customer services again to arrange a refund. Gemma was quick to reply and got everything sorted so quickly, even arranging collection for a day that suited me.

Whilst I probably wouldn't buy from Cleverboxes again it's only because of the product quality; Gemma was brilliant and made a stressful and frustrating situation much easier.

nightmare

over a week to arrive,wanted to send back,so blooming difficult to return,most companies you can just return f.o.c. via company that delivered,but not here,a few optiobns,1)return to a tesco f.o.c. only problem it is only certain tesco stores that offer this,my nearest is a 30 mile round trip,2)return by dpd,cost £15 i dont think so,3)arrange a courier yourself at your cost,again i dont think so,and before that youve got to contact them for a code to put on parcel,never again.Will never order again.

Good quality bed linen

Good quality bed linen, accurately described. My only criticism is my order arrived in separate parcels on different days; subsequently, after receiving the first parcel, I called the company concerned that an item had been missed out from the order, as there was no reference in the documentation provided to the fact that the items had shipped separately.
