excellent execution of what i required
in my case - sourcing the best annuity return on a small pension ''pot'' and working in my best interest to get even 'a bit more' from the preferred provider (and disappointingly there can be a large difference, in final money terms between best and worst - even before seeking better pension rates because of, eg, certain health conditions. (which they also negotiated without prompting from myself !!
even though the business i had with CADE was quite small, i was treated as if i mattered !!
