We bought a pair of shoe ( Timberland Men's Naples Trait Chukkasteeple Gray Hammer li Chukka Boots WURQJIPNTU) size 42 on the 25th March 2018 at Euro 92.95 paid by credit card. They delivered on the 7th April 2018, size 42, blue and no brand shoes. We tried to contact Clickshops on the 10, 12 and 29 April but in vain. No one response to us so that we could return our shoe and get that shoe that we bought. To use SGD158 to buy this bad experience is not an issue. We hope more people will be more careful and buy the brand you wanted from the original official web-site. We did tried Timberland and bought high cut boots from them got no issues. This model that we bought are really nice and unable to find from the timberland web site. We will send all the ordered slip and the picture of the shoe we wanted to buy and the cheapskate shoe clickshop delivered to us to Timberland, hopefully they could able to ask you to remove the Timberland shoes from the web site before you disappoint more people. Seriously why bother to send another shoe with same size to us since you have no intention to let us exchange? Is that a gimmick to use Timberland to lure people like us to pay for it and got something different? Why you don't have business ethic? We read good review on you before we bought it. Felt cheated and in future will be more careful when buy anything from website like you!!!!

Received a slanket as a present this year and it makes a wonderful addition to cosy evenings in - really warm and soft, with a lot of space for two people. The deep red colour is also really lovely so it even looks nice thrown over the sofa. I've started wrapping myself in it when I'm working from home and the house is a bit cold! Thank you!

Would recommend clickshop.com with all its brilliant gadgets, I ordered a digital keyring photo frame but royal mail let me down, but clickshop.com sent another out free without any quibbles. EXCELLENT.

Customer service was great and extremely quick with the order arriving very promptly. I hope to shop again!

There was a slight hiccup with the delivery, which was promptly dealt with. Having received and tried the device it does what it says on the box.
I would recommend click shop to any one. Very happy to award a full five stars.

The issue with this company is that they don't hold many of the products that they sell in stock. They will only order it once you do. Of course you have already paid for it, so the money is on their accound accruing interest while you are out of pocket for weeks while they prevaricate. They may well refund eventually, but will not compensate you for the time wasted. Avoid this company.

Not totally satisfied with this company as I never received my order, got a replacement and my money back though so couldn't ask for much more.

It has taken a month but I finally have much better tablets than I ordered as compensation. Thanks

Well well well!!! After a three email exchange and a passage of a month or so I got a LOVELY LOVELY refund from Clickshop.com. The man of the hr, J, came thru as he'd said he would 30.5.14. AND believe it or not I made C$ 'cause the C$ has sunk against the £, which is a good thing as I've just had to buy a used car!

Purchased a iphone 5 cable, did a quick order therefore I didn't take down order reference because I thought I would get a confirmation email,which never came. I gave it 4 days and never received the cable. I checked reviews and cut a long story short I encountered the same problems as everyone else. But after a few emails I received my cable which is just great! Cable stopped working, I contacted clickshop, Jay responded back within the hour and said he would replace the cable. He was true to his word and the cable came the next day. A dodgy start but and excellent finish. Thank you

Arrived very promptly and exactly what we wanted

all went very smoothly and arrived on time. Definitely recommend!

This was the cheapest site I could find at the time of buying for the item I wanted, beating Amazon and play.com by about £10 (£18.50. It was about £27 elsewhere). Delivery was free and arrived within the 3-5 day estimate. The item was just as expected when it arrived. It was also nice to have somebody personally write me an email checking everything had gone well (even if they were fishing for a review)

Avoid, it is not worth it dealing with this company just for the sake of saving few quid. They just give you excuses of why they are not delivering. I order the Christmas present for my son from them on December the 3rd. They straight away took my money and I expected to have the item in the next four working days. The days went by and no item neither any communication from them. I got stressed out because I thought my son was going to end up without his Christmas present. I contact them on the 17th of December via email because that is the only way you can communicate with them, very bad because you do not know when they will see your email. However, I must give to them that they reply pretty soon. I was told that the item was out of stock and could not warranty I would have it for Christmas. Panic stroke after this. Fortunately, Marks and Spencer also had the same item, I bought is straight away online and I had it with me in the next three days. Even more, it was cheaper. Then I contact Clockshop again to cancel the order and ask for a full refund. This was on the 17th of December. They reply straight away telling me that the full refund would be processed straight away and also would send me a free gift. I allowed Christmas to pass and I check my credit card records on the 28th of December. There was no refund from them yet. So I contact them on that same day asking why I had not received the refund yet considering they said they would process it straight away on the 17th of December. They reply to me apologising and saying that the delay was due to the holidays and yet they were able to do the transaction straight away after my complain on the 28th, which was a Saturday, receiving finally the money back on the 30th. They are quick at taking your money but very slow at delivering the goods or refunding your money and only they take action if you chase them. For this reason, I will never buy from them again. So, my advice is to avoid them and buy from a company with established reputation, like Marks and Spencer even if it means paying a little bit more.

I ordered one of their products on amazon.co.uk. I realized too late that I'd entered the wrong shipping address. Amazon wouldn't change it, but I contacted clickshop, and they pulled the package and corrected the address by hand. Fabulous, personalized service. Thank you!
