why is this company still trading ?? Wish I'd read these reviews. Obviously will not ever receive my cash for clothes :(

sent my bag, i had good clothing in there they collected it and it got delivered .but got no cash cannot get in touch telephone number void and email not responding

Scam. Ages to action item then claimed all outside criteria. Use only if you want free disposal of rubbish.

Wow! Sure wish I'd looked at the reviews first! Accepted only 30% of mostly new and pristine clothing. Said they are paying £1.50 but even that has not been received.I
I only used this company because I couldn't get out to take my items to a charity shop and thought "Why not the cash would be nice too ".
If you want to use this service GO TO ONE OF THEIR SHOPS. They are less likely to be able to look you in the eye and tell you your clothes are unsuitable! Amazingly they couldn't provide the promised example photos of unsuitable items...
No response to emails etc either.
These con artists are obviously into a good scam short term but eventually everyone will realise and Trading Standards will shut them down. Plus there is no way they ever get repeat custom! Maybe everyone should send them bags full of truly unsuitable items just for fun! 😜 They would be alerted though when the first ever person requests a 2nd bag!

Absolutely disgusting company, they are actually thieves. Do NOT expect to be paid because they'll just take your clothes and ignore all emails. Phoning them is not an option since the number is not in use. I wish I read the reviews first, the good clothes could have gone to a charity. I truly wish the absolute worst on anyone who is a part of this "company" and hope they suffer later in life, what goes around will most definitely come back around.

Sent a 24kg bag of perfect condition clothes and they rejected 16kg of it, what an absolute joke!!!!! £3.71 for all that decent gear!!! Please read reviews and do NOT send your clothes here, you would be better off trying to sell what you can on eBay and then send the rest to a charity shop, at least they would appreciate the clothes, feel like I have been robbed 😡😡😡

It only got 1 star as the option to leave no stars isn’t available. I sent an enormous bag of clothes to them before Christmas, all in good condition and even stuff with labels on, in hindsight I should’ve used eBay! I’ve sent emails, phoned, and nothing! No response. It’s mid March now. I wouldn’t advise ever using this company. It’s an utter disgrace, no customer service, not even sure that the phone lines are in use or manned! Rubbish!

NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! JUST TOOK MY BAG AND NO PAYMENT OR EVEN acknowledgement followed. Why nobody shuts them down? surely this is thieft!!!!Scam big times! Avoid by all means.

AVOID - sent a bag with 13kg and 11kg was rejected. Only good quality clothes has been sent. Received £1.34. Will never use again.
No photos as stated on their email

Sent bag a month ago. No response from company. Do not reply to emails. No number to phone them on. No one to report them to - THIEF'S!

Waited weeks for bag to arrive. Booked collection. Bag collected over a week ago. Email confirmation from courier to say it was delivered but no correspondence from company. I have contacted them via their online contact form but no reply.

Waste of time “ collected my bag heard nothing since. Can’t contact them. All I can say is they rob people.

This joke of a company have had my clothes for over 4 months now and keep making excuses as to when I will receive payment. I’ve given up now! I don’t think I’ll ever receive it! I have chased and chased but it’s made no difference! Absolutely disgusted!!!!

Avoid these scammers!

I used them a month ago and have not received any communication or payment from them since they collected my bag. I thought it was strange that the bag was not labelled with my details on it. I asked the man who collected my bag from my home how they can identify which bag belongs to who with no labels and he stuttered for a while before saying that my bag was the only one being collected that day. I should have really known from then that they couldnt care less what belonged to who as they had no intention of ever paying up.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO FAR...

Bag acknowledged 2 weeks after it was collected. Then showed on the account page only 65% accepted. No photos as promised. Have tried over 50 times to contact by phone and sent 3 emails that still show as "unassigned".
No money received, so guess the Charity i was trying to raise funds for have lost out.
I will have a look at Trading Standards as the website looks so good and promises so much!

Rubbish communication. My bag was collected months ago, I’ve had an email to say it’s been received in the sorting warehouse but heard nothing else since then. They don’t reply to messages and there’s no way of contacting them. I’m wishing I read reviews first.
Have used another similar site with no issues.
Absolutely disgraceful.
However if you have lots of rubbish clothes you want taken away for free then I’d recommend using these useless tools!

they said that 3/4 of the load we sent where unsuitable. It was all branded clothing and ion good quality. We spent the better part of 3 hours bagging up almost 20kilos of it, we got less than £2.00
