The price is very resonable, and the wifi signal is fine, although sometime IP limited problem happens, it can easily get the IP again by reconnecting the network.

They have great internet service products with high speeds at reasonable prices. Whenever I've needed telephone technical support they have been knowledgable and effective.

Thank you for the review. I have some doubts, as to what you mean with our switchboard and support times. If you are refering to our phone schedule, then I am happy to inform you that we have an international line open within the full duration of our phone schedule, which is Monday-Friday 10-20 and on weekends and public holidays, 10-16.

ComX is the incumbent provider in the complex where I live and they don't make it easy for the average family that has more than 3 wireless enabled devices. Device management is a pain! Customer Services were not very helpful when I asked them for advice on workarounds. The alternative is TDC (or other) and they wanted DKK 4000 to do a new installation. Rip off!
When I do get access the line speeds are often heavily compromised and I certainly have never had the 100 mb for which I paid. Basically I am unhappy with the service and with the alternatives. Like almost every other 'so-called' service in Denmark, service is in decline and nobody cares. Over-priced and under-delivered.
