Having had a problem with a 2 year old purchase they had absolutely no hesitation in sorting it out.

I ordered the Santiago beanbag after reading reviews, from the time ordered online i was kept fully updated on the delivery, it was supposed to be next day but due to a problem it came the day after and within the time bracket specified.
I love the beanbag as its so comfortable and im sure it will improve with age, i think we will be fighting over who is sitting on it.
Can highly recommend the product and the service.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this beanbag. You could pay less for others but they wouldn't live up to this one. It's the only one I've seen with a 3 year guarantee too. One thought, are you planning on making dog beanbags again? They would be great. Well recommended.

Bought the black leather Santiago bean bag it's fantastic so comfy may never sit on the sofa again :) there may be fights over who is going to sit in it ! So pleased I'm going to order another in brown when we have finished refurbishing another room in a few weeks .
