Order accepted and payment taken on 17th march, states stock allocated, but not yet received! Unable to get any information from company, phone and email messages unanswered. This is unacceptable behaviour

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM///// HAVE EMAILED TRIED TO PHONE NO NUMBER, NO REPLY THEY HAVE ROBBED ME OF OVER 18 POUNDS DO NOT ANSWER ANYTHING, THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ALL SITES AS CROOKS

Placed an order on 17/03 and stock allocated according to my account. I heard nothing for a week, so sent a message through the website and an email, just so I had a trail. Nothing received so I have raised a claim with PayPal as thankfully used them to pay. It's a shame as we used crafty Devils all the time through the craft shows at the NEC!

Paid, and according to account the stock was allocated, nothing received and no answer to phone messages or emails, having searched on the company they do not appear to have submitted there accounts to company house, so I assume I have lost my money.

I placed anorder in feb 2023 received part order,with a written message to state one of my items was out of stock,refunded,which didnt state on site,no replies to emails and the phone isnt answering any calls.dont suppose ill get a refund.least they could do is put a notice up saying whats happening.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Payment for the order was taken. Still waiting on delivery of the order. Have emailed 3 times and sent a letter recorded delivery and this company have ignored all my efforts at contact. Do not be fooled into buying from this company, shocking approach to customers and products not delivered.

I ordered items from Crafty Devils Papercraft on 9 March and usually get an email from them a few days later to advise of dispatch. I have tried to chase them up but the phone line isn’t working and the website does not allow more orders to be made. My request for contact has not been responded to either. Up till now I have had great service from this company so it has come as a shock to learn that so many people have been let down. I shall be asking PayPal to refund my money as it looks like the company have taken it with no intention of fulfilling my order - shame on them!

I placed an order late on the 11/3//23. To dated I have not received it. I sent an email on the 18/3/23 as yet I have not had an answer. Disappointed as I am waiting on this item to carry on with my cards.

I have not received my goods and no one answers the phone . Disgraceful

PLACED AN ORDER IN JANUARY, ONLY PART OF ORDER RECEIVED STILL AWAITING REFUND. VISITED SHOP ALL CLOSED WITH SIGN STATING CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Never received my order. Phone number cut off. No response to messages and emails.. Fortunately paid by PayPal so was able to get a refund.. Avoid at all costs...

One week on and no goods yet. No communication apart from initial payment email. Would have liked a despatch email to ensure that goods have actually been posted. This would have given me an idea of delivery date. Not impressed with service.

I placed an order on 12th February 2023. One item was missing and I was promised a refund. It is now 8th March and no refund has been received. Emails and phone calls are not answered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Goods not received. No answer to e-mails. Cannot leave phone messages. Shame as I have purchased from them many times previously but there seems to be a problem with them now.

I have been a customer for many years and until recently have been very happy with them. However, the response to problems with my last order have been woeful. That is to say, despite repeated mails I have had NO response. I have paid for received 1 of an item when I should have had 10. When I phone I get a message saying the call cannot be completed. This is very worrying - r they in trouble?
NOTE I have checked with Companies House and they have been given a notice (21/3) that they will be struck off

One of the items I ordered was different from the one illustrated so I ended up with something I already had.
