Horrible quality ! Excuse me for the bad English!
So, i buy (online) from Cykelbanditen,a fixie bike that was on discount price.
1-st. The bike arrived wit a lot of scratches ! Bad paint !
2-nd The bolts and the small parts, that has need to be assembled are so wick and cheap, that is impossible to tighten them enough to the safety level ! Otherwise you’re gonna broke them !
3-rd. At the end of the first week, my back tire blown out without any reason. I went to a near bike shop and i buy new one !
4-th. When I decide to return my “NEW” bike, they send me a “RETURNING FORM” on my email,that was not returning form ! 3 magazines return me back the bike because of this form !
5-th So i get tired to get angry, and say to myself ( ok, they screwed you up but you’re gonna spend a little bit more money and you gonna buy some good parts) , so that’s happened.... I buy my parts , almost feel forget about the bad experience with Cykelbanditen.
Until today... my front tire blown off..... And I’m really angry on this bad quality bike and firm !! Wish you all bad !!!

Great service, i just got the bike via GLS a few days after the purchase, perfect!

I went to their Vesterbros Torv shop one day to check out their bikes while they were having a 40% off sale on all bikes in the shop. I wanted to try a different frame size bike, but was told that they won't be able to help because they are busy and cannot put pedals on the bike i wanted. I understood that, and I was told to come back a day or two after. At the same time, I was told that they cannot guarantee that the bike will still be there when I come back and that I cannot reserve it.

I went back the next day and again, the shop was busy with only one attendant. Again, I understood the situation and decided to just go back the next day. I went back for the third time today and the guy (Luis) I dealt with initially was there. Again, I was told first that he couldn't find the pedals for the bike, and then told that they are too busy to put the pedals on the bike I wanted to try out.

I had already decided that I wanted to buy a bike from them, but because of this experience, I am not going to. I don't think I have to come back many times in order to get help. If they want a sale, even if they're busy, they'll have to help someone who has already come back a couple of times.

hello, you have very nice website, but only in danish. my friend lives in copenhagen so she can manage your delivery. you have so special and nice stuff for bicycles that i am sure if you have your sites also in english you do more business. and more if you can manage the delivery to Finland. Thank You.

Super service

I bought a cykle there 3 months ago, after one week the tires are flat, so I have to have them changed, I was not near their shop so I had to use another for that, that cost me 1100. Then yesterday the key to the lock broke, ( that costs 500 ) even if I had been there to have it oiled a month ago. I came to their shop today and met two young men who told me this was not under any garanti, and they could send it for me to Germany to see if I could get a new one, I said I would like that because I am very unhappy with the services and would like to try all I can to get something out of this, then one of them calls me childish (let me state that I was very polite through the whole process) STAY AWAY from that place, the quality of their products is very bad.
