I was persuade to take a credit service by the Fona salesman I bought a TV from. I paid off the loan quickly but because I initially had to setup a direct payment service from my bank, 2 months after paying everything off, 7,216kr was taken from my account. It has taken me many many phone call to get them to a. admit their error, & b. doing anything about it. I am currently still waiting to receive a check from them but I do get the feeling that I am not the only one they have done this to. Avoid at all costs, shame on Fona and Finanstilsynet!
