i ordered online a home telephone from this shop because only this shop showed the model of the telephone i like, however, after transfered the money, it showed an error that the order was not completed, but the money was tranfered successful. i called the shop, i talked with a man i think he is the owner, he didnt check what i ordered although he found my money, he didnt trust me but asked me to send and pay another request with the same order. again i ordered the same, the transaction was fine but the order request showed error again. unbelievable, i called him again and finally i was confirmed the telephone i liked sold down, without any excuse, then he exchanged another phone more expensive as he said with the same price i paid for the one i ordered(81.9 euro instead of 71.9 euro) yes i accepted, but finally, i found down that they increased the price of the exchanged phone to sell for me. then after one week they give back to the normall price. really disappointed!
the phone i ordered was GIGASET A-585 DUO, the exchanged phone was GIGASET A-400A duo!

problemen met het iDeal betalingsysteem liggen niet bij ons. Door de foutieve terugkoppeling van iDeal naar onze website is tot 2 keer toe de betaling niet bij ons automatisch binnengekomen. Na de eerste betaling was een tweede betaling in principe niet nodig geweest.
Dat de telefoon uit het programma genomen was kan eens gebeuren. Het door ons aangeboden vervangende toestel was op moment van aanbieden iets duurder dan het bestelde artikel. Deze is vervolgens in prijs gedaald. Nadat u vervolgens beslist het artikel niet te nemen, heeft u van ons het door u betaalde bedrag terug ontvangen. Ons inziens een vrij normale gang van zaken.
