Very poor! Still have not received delivery on item purchased, sent several emails, tired calling nothing.

After numerous Emails, etc. My voucher finally arrived.

Quick, easy and it came very fast. Everything you want ;). (NAME) is one hell of a man.

It have just clicked 1 star through gritted teeth, there should be a minus 5 stars.

It has now been just over 1 month since my wife placed an order for Fifa coins from Digisub and I am still waiting for a response from them. As others have said, they seem to ignore any email that they receive unless it's an order.....then it's processed as quickly as possible.

I have now sent over 10 emails to them (the last one quite nasty) but they just simply ignore them. I have explained that my 10 year old son has paid for this item from his Christmas money, but they don't care.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING MONEY AWAY..............YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Digisub is a fantastic, good value service. I usually buy Xbox Live Gold which is good price and usually arrives in my email quickly. I've made about 20 purchases on Digisub over the years and only one time the code took over 24 hours to arrive in my email, but it wasn't too much of a problem. The customer service was also very good. I Highly recommend Digisub. It's safe, good value and quick.

I always love to play Xbox Live games. Today I ordered again for 14 days membership. DigiSub is one of my favorite gaming place on online where I can get all kind games. Next time I will back again in DigiSub for pay games.

Placed an order totalling around £60, took ages and after three weeks i had given up,
checked my email and they were very helpful. back to how it used to be, I was offered a refund or to accept my order, I chose to accept as they have had some issues but have resolved them.

Would recommend, will use again!

I ordered a Bitdefender product key from Digisub and in a matter of months the key was showing as invalid. I have spoken to Bitdefender themselves and they tell me that these keys were never meant for re-sale and are fraudulent. I have asked Digisub multiple times for a refund and I have had no answer from my emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I have ordered from this company many times in the past all without incident.
My last orders, however, are a very different story. I ordered a 48hr trial which was Invalid. Okay this could have been a genuine mistake so being a Friday night I ordered another, after sending and email telling the last code was invalid, which was also Invalid.
I waited to Monday, for instant chat, to complain any further but this function has been removed. This has left me very suspicious. They are not responding to my email request for refunds.
I will stay well clear of this company in the future.

Company has since replied with what seems like a stalling email asking if I have got my code to work yet.

This is fantastic site for online games!! I am very happy on their service. Its's save both my time and money. I commanded in this site. Their customer service really awesome. After all i am very very happy. Will back soon :)

After using 12 months golden membership for play Xbox Live , I want to re-new it again. I am writing this review primarily because reviews on Trustpilot seems to be the only way to get Mr Ross's attention. In todays day and age I am perplexed how an organisation, especially an online trading company can blatantly ignore its customers.

I ordered an antivirus software from Digisub on 27th May 2013 at 08:52 AM. Now, as a first time user, they make you wait for hours before processing your order while they perform security checks (?) however money is promptly debited with a confirmation email sent to your inbox. I got a confirmation email at 08:54 AM. I waited for an email with a download link for couple of hours and started looking for reviews. It wasn't long before I realised that this isn't going to be smooth sailing.

Finally got an email with a download link and the activation key at 22:09. Next morning, ecstatic that I have not been conned I installed the software and entered the serial number and lo and behold, it didn't work. It seems that they have emailed me the wrong serial number. After multiple attempts of uninstalls and installs, I finally decided to contact them. Guess what, the only way to contact the company is through email. No phone numbers and certainly no "online chat" - how convenient. Emailed Digisub on 28th May 2013 at 08:15 AM politely asking them to look into my case, then on 29th and today morning - ie 30th May.

It's 16:23 and I am still waiting for a reply. Money has been deducted from my bank and three days later I don't have a working software for which I have paid for. I have bought numerous softwares over the internet in the past and have never had any issues till now. Digisub seems to be the only organisation that has such stringent security checks in place for purchasing a software.

Obviously I am not using this company any more and I hope others who are toying with the idea of ordering anything from this company be very wary. A quick google search shows that mine is not an isolated "technical glitch" case.

This company has been nothing but problems for me and I advise that you do not make any purchases.

When I first made a purchase it took a couple of days not hours, the second time wasn't so bad but on the third and last time one of the vouchers sent to me didn't work and when I sent an e-mail to the company they didn't respond to me.

they owe me a £15 itunes voucher and wont respond to me e-mails, I will never buy from them again

Done exactly as it tells u on the page, once i paid and sent over the info to digsub, i received the coins very quickly.

Ordered an anti virus code from DigiSub. Was not the 10 minute response time as they were stating but they did deliver the goods in which I am more than happy with.

They used to not be so bad, nothing amazing but now it has been 3 days since I ordered an xbox code which is advertised as being delivered the same day, I got no code and yet the order says it has been delivered, I have tried contacting them several times and no response, guess I'll have to see if anything will happen on day 4 but as far as I'm concerned they've stolen my money.

Update:

Got the code eventually, still will not use them again, there is much better websites which I will be using.
