We received your first email on Nov 07, 2016 at 7:02 PM and this was replied too on Nov 08, 2016 at 10:14 AM. You sent another email that we received on Nov 10, 2016 at 8:48 PM and we replied on Nov 11, 2016 at 9:37 AM and also resent the reply that was sent on Nov 08. In addition, on Nov 11 at 9:40 AM we also sent a voice text message to your registered phone number.
We have tried to communicate with you. We have now resent copies of all these emails once more.

Delivery of item
Item arrived by post a week after ordered. Delivery was promised in 5 to 7 working day so no complaints.

High integrity supplier
Quite simply I ordered a battery charger from this company but, just before it arrived, the project for which it had been intended was cancelled. So I returned the item for credit which was paid into my Paypal account promptly. I would deal again with this company.
