I purchased A pair Of Boots Just Before Christmas, I Have Worn Them Exactly 4 Times. The Sole Is Worn Through Already! Letting Water In. Which defeats the object for boots! No one can be that heavy footed. I suggest if you looking for boots don't get here. (re edit) I forgot to say that I did contact the company via email but I have not heard back, I will be fair I have had problems with mail so maybe not received.

Good range of products which have generated repeat custom.
On occasions I've had to contact them they have been polite, professional and have resolved issues (of my own making).
Nothing negative to say.

Pleased with my dealings so far , and comments back from customers have been that for ladies that are a 9 or 10 they need have these sizes and with wider fitting .

But all round everyone has been pleased .
