Very bad experience. Unhelpful. Would not shop here again and would advise others to shop elsewhere.
Unfortunately this company do not support members of the British military serving overseas as they will not post to BFPO. Back to trusty zooplus it is
This Buster memory foam bed is the 3rd one I have bought but the first one from Doggie Solutions. I am very disappointed , there is not so much filling in it and it is not at all like the last 2 I have already. Very floppy not at all like memory foam!
Order 2x ProJoint 4 Dogs (2kg), package arrived with surprise, half a tub spilled out in the box, sent email with pic to complain, no response
Added 7 June, received a replacement for a ProJoint 4 Dogs (2kg), good gesture, hope packaging will be better next time.
I ordered a faux suede dog bed last thursday , was easy to order online, and was impressed that it arrived today (monday).
The bed is as described and is a good quality , warrants its heavy duty description and most importantly the dog loves it already.Would definatley use this company again, could not fault the service and product.
this company is unbelievable and totally untrustworthy. i ordered a dog bed 25th february, the order was cancelled and my money has not been refunded. they do not answer emails, their telephone number is out of order. i have now written to their two addresses in bristol. i shall take advice from trading standards and from the small claims court. they should be stopped as they are trading under false pretences. i shall also contact the bristol local press to see if they know anything about this outfit. utterly disgusted.
I started using Dog-online in March 2009 because they accept Debit cards whereas most other dogfood websites seem only to accept Credit cards. However the last 3 orders from Dog-online have shown me that this site (owned and managed by The Lanick Trading Company) has become extremely unreliable. They don’t keep sufficient stock and only seem to order products as they are needed. I had no problems with this firm and then on one order they sent me large kibble James Wellbeloved food instead of normal size. I never order large kibble as it is designed for younger animals and my dog is old but as he didn’t seem to mind it, I kept it and didn’t complain. The next order also had packs of large kibble instead of normal and the thought did cross my mind that perhaps the company was stuck with huge amounts of large kibble they couldn’t get rid of and were attempting to deplete their stocks by foisting it on customers who hadn’t asked for it. This time I phoned, spoke to someone about it and they apologised and said they’d make a note on their system and it wouldn’t happen again. The next order I made was short of 2 packs of kibble. I tried to phone them but their phone had been disconnected and I got in touch through their ticketing system. They replied with no apology saying 2 of the items I had ordered were out of stock and they would credit my account, which they did.
On 7th April I placed my usual order but when it hadn’t arrived by 13th April I got in touch with Dog-online. They answered on 14th April saying they were sorry about the late delivery but they were out of stock until the following Tuesday. (19th April) I wrote back on 14th April cancelling the order and they answered on 15th April telling me the money would be paid back into my account within 5 working days. The order that Dog-online owe me the money back for was placed on 07-04-11 and although it is now almost the end of May they have still not returned my money. The last contact I had from them was on 19th May when they answered my mail saying they were handing the matter to their accounts department. On 26th May I wrote to them saying they had easily had sufficient time to pay me back my money and unless they paid it back into my account by 30th May I would post negative reviews on the net. They did not answer. The thing is this company simply does not communicate with its customers. They send incomplete orders yet charge the full amount until the customer complains. They send the wrong size food and if the customer doesn’t complain they do it again. They owe me £56.28 and for such a relatively small amount they are willing to alienate and annoy a good and regular customer enough to make him post a derogatory but accurate review on the internet. If you are looking for a reliable website from which to buy your dog food I suggest you think twice before using Dog-online. I now use Petplanet who are cheaper and if you use their free delivery option the products still arrive in 2 days.
Do hope that it's the bank holiday which has delayed this order and, if it turns up in the next day or two, then i shall be able to change my view. Has however taken an inordinate length of time for order to be fulfilled. yours hopefully.

i ordered dog boots and dog blankets for over £65.
i received a message to say the boots were not in stock; however, they were debited from my account and in spite of a promise to refund, they were never refunded.
i returned the dog blankets as the sizes were wrong. however, i have never received a refund for my returns, sent by royal mail recorded delivery.
the website does not give a phone number or email address for the company. it can only be contacted by its own contact form. in short, they make themselves rather unreachable.
i agree with the other reviewer that the website looks very professional but the actual service does not back this up.
i have contacted them again to ask for my money back.
if i do not get a refund, i will contact trading standards about this company.
Order two collars at over 30.00 plus delivery from this so called company 3 weeks ago, which have not arrived. Very prompt at taking payment and obviously keeping hold of it! but not so quick in responding to any customer queries.
I have tried contacting through email, their ticketing support system and telephone. The number on website doesn't actually exist, just got an email newsletter from them with an 0844 number that just rang out.
I also placed an order with this company in December, which was another poor show on service... had I remembered this I would never have ordered from them again!
I will never use this company again and would not recommend any other customer to give them your hard earned money for goods that you can get from elsewhere.
Good service, good communication, good product chosen from a good website.
I would recommend this site to others.
