Product wrong size, so when tried to return they ignored all my calls, voice messages and emails. When I returned, I was NOT REFUNDED. Now, I'm minus the harness that I bought and £80. SCAM
purchased a brass lead with a leather handle, the lead was delivered within a few days. Very well made lead, strong chain and good handle, perfect for my rather large and very strong boxer dog. This company have a good selection of leads that are not always easy to find on the high street, would recommend.

I ordered a black diamante collar for my miniature schnauzer and he looked great in it. It was quite robust but soft and looked comfortable for him to wear. It didn't put him up nor down to wear it, so it was obviously comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, within the first week of wear one of the crystals fell out (fortunately on to the carpet) and I opted just to glue it back in rather than send it back. I no longer use it for daily wear and treat it as his "dress" collar.
I was impressed with how fast the real leather lead was delivered and the quality of the leather.

Bought collar and harness for our staffi, Product description advised brass fittings, these fittings are cheap and only brass in colour. The fittings started to fall off after 3 days of use on both the collar and the harness. Total waste of money, collar and harness made by Avon Pet Products. Bought a quality collar and harness from another retailer. Lesson learned. I would also like to point out that the review by Steve looks suspiciously like the owner of the business has written a review to look like a customer. As customer name is Steve and not a verified purchaser.
A great collar, harness & lead set. ultra strong with a superb build quality. A must have for any staffie owner.
I recently bought a harness and lead for my staff almost half the price a similar harness and lead would have cost me in the shop. I was surprised with the quality I received.
