Nothing was too much trouble. I had my chosen items delivered in 2 sizes as well additional clothing in similar styles to try. It all arrived the next day and there was no pressure to buy. The item arrived well within the time promised was packaged well and was of the quality described. A similar product found elsewhere (which was not so easy) was much more expensive so yes I am more than happy with this company, its service and its products.
