Dutchwest 

I ordered 2 Philips Living Ambiance 7001831PU Living Colors Micro Colour Changing Mood Lamp (White) from Dutchwest. In fact I acidentally ordered 4 because Play.com didn't send me an order confirmation e-mail for the first two.
Anyway, I managed to track down the phone number for the company after a quick search online and called them up. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue, and I received refund/cancellation updates shortly after getting off the phone. The items I originally ordered arrived the next day and I'm very pleased with the products, but most of all the service I received.
Most of the time I find internet vendors are incredibly hard to get hold of by phone if you can even find a number. Very happy to have found an exception to the norm!

Very fast delivery, i ordered my item 06.01.2013 and item was delyvered 08.01.2013!:)

I ordered some Philips lights, however one was faulty. I contacted Dutchwest and without question sent me a replacement. Will definitely order from them again.

Have ordered from Dutchwest/DDL Direct on a few occassions and their service has been great. Fast delivery (usually get the goods within 2 days of placing the order with them).

The sales staff seem to be on the ball, and polite with it.

Recommend this company, no quarrels from me.
