Me and my girlfriend have had such a bad experience with Energinord. They cut us off due to our bill being late (That was probably out fault) Then they charged us a 6000kr deposit to turn the power back on. which we will only get around half back. (I took out a loan to pay this, now i can't pay it back) They overcharged us for an entire year then tried to bill us even more. They literally stole money from us. We were charged for October, November and December even though we had a new company from November 1st. So really we had to pay for October only, but we were charged 1600kr for 1 month?! Im certain that we are owed much more money back. But I guess there is nothing we can do. Please avoid this company - there are much better ones in Denmark

an hour waiting on the phone to get a problem solved discussed three month ago - not good enough - you would get negative point if possible.
