When my product was delivered I discovered that it was damaged and could not be used. I contacted the customer service team who shipped replacement items to me the same day. More than satisfied with the service provided.
The best ones in Denmark and Germany
No communication on the order until we phoned to bother you. Logistic provider never turned up, claimed that they had. Poor comms and now I have to go and get the product from their depot out at the airport.

I am sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't as you expected.
I am, however, unsure of what further communication you have expected in the time between you placed your order till it was shipped from our factory. I can see that your order was shipped within 3 business days in accordance to our standard time for shipping as shown on our website. You have received an order confirmation as well as a notification of the shipping, and tracking by e-mail in another mail as well as by text. By all accounts, I believe you have received sufficient communication in regards to the order, per our standard procedures.
I do see there have been some trouble with the shipment as Danske Fragtmænd have notified us this morning that they were unable to deliver your order as you were not home. They have sent us pictures of their driver parked at your address with a call log showing that he attempted to call you before leaving also, but you did not answer.
We do not force our customers to "go and get the product" from a depot anywhere. As it is specified in our terms of service on our website, there is always an option for a new delivery to be arranged should you not be home.
My colleague has contacted you just this morning in regards to arranging a new date for delivery completely free of costs for you.
