I recently completed the acrylic nail course with Essential Nails, and the support I received was exceptional, especially from Jo, who was brilliant throughout my journey. The courses offer valuable assistance and guidance, making it a worthwhile experience. However, I feel that some resources, like the training CDs, could use an update to align with current industry practices. While I've also faced challenges with customer service and found the product availability limited, the overall opportunity to learn from home is a great advantage. With some improvements, Essential Nails could be even more remarkable. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.
I've recently just passed my acyrlic nail course ,I can say the company is really good there is lots of help advice available I had jo she has been really supportive and been brilliant from my start of the journey till end she is fab thankyou so much feels like all that work and effort has paid off it feels amazing 👏, when u recieve your certificate, if u study hard it really does help and anyone who is looking into doing a course I would recommend essential nails 💅 5 x stars 🌟
Perhaps too busy to care.
Old colour removed with a machine and not good for the nail. Alcohol better
Missed out steps to prepare the nails. Not trim the skin around the nail, didn’t push the cutical back.
One broken nail had fixed acrylic nail not straight

I have recently started the Gel Nail extention course as a complete beginner with no previous experience of any of the beauty industry.
I chose this course as it is online and works around my family and work life and i can pick up when it suits me.
I have found the course very easy to understand and problems or struggles i have had with the techniques the tutor at Essential Nails has been brilliant at helping and assisting.
I am able to contact at anytime through a facebook page so if im working late i know i can message my queries and i am always responded to quickly.
The team are brilliant on the phone too with explaining or getting any questions answered.
If anyone is looking at starting a new career or hobby in their own time with amazing support Essential Nails is the company to go to!

Good friendly people to deal with. Like to thank them for going above and beyond in helping me with a problem of my own making, couldn't ask for better service.

A first class service and in particular found the trainer to be polite and helpful.
Never had any issues with EN, always a good experience, good products, fast delivery, I would definitely recommend.
If i could post no stars I would, I think this is honestly the worst company I have ever worked with. I have been a qualified BTEC level 2+3 Beauty Therapist since 2014 and have been working in the industry since then. I had not had training on extensions and as it was popular treatment thought I would look into some training. Well I wished I never spent over £1000 for training- waste of money!!
I did some research and a friend has done a gel polish course with EN so I looked into the acrylic, gel and maintenance courses - I was contacted by a pushy sales person but signed up for the courses as it did sound great. ( too good to be true tbh)
When I received the items they were cheap looking and not of any good quality - the training hand was good but that is all.
I then put the video on for the acrylics course bearing in mind it’s 2019 and it’s a video from the 80’s a lady training you and I’m there thinking things have changed in nails and the industry since the 1980’s. I then put the other two videos on and they were the same !
I contacted EN only to be told that is correct, I then asked for a refund as I wanted a new and up to date course not one from way back and they refused. This then took months of emailing back and forth for it to go to the CEO David and he advised no refund but would fund the products until I finished the course, this was to stop my complaint going official and to the fos.
I have not finished the course to date as again I am working full time and have a family whom I help out with. I mentioned I needed some products only for a reply to say they are not sticking to there end of the complaint. I am appalled at this company and will never trust an online training course again because of this.
I have not completed the course and would really like to as it cost me over £1000 and a year to pay this off but I need the additional products as promised but nothing from them.
I found them very rude also please be aware !!

There were some issues but they were resolved quickly.
Passed my course in 2018 they was absolutely fantastic would 1000% recommend
Feedback is very poor. I had an email telling me I had passed my course only to receive my nails in the post a few days later and a request to resubmit two of the nails. I have decided not to complete my other courses as I have no confidence whatsoever in the tutors. I'll just chalk this waste of money to experience
Very expensive for the products quality!!! And the courses are horrible and really really old techniques. For the gel they still using tips are years people don't use tips or very rarely.
The worse money spent in my life

Always good service quality of items is always exceptional quick delivery
Experience up until EN stopped doing corses has been great. Since then had a few problems. Hard to get in touch, ordered something for it to take over 1 week and then got a card through the door saying the postage hadn’t been paid so I then had to pay the postage again. If only it went back to the way it was before.
Very good course! Very helpful, great to be able to study at you’re own pace.
Placed a restocking order recently and unfortunately one of the items wasn't quite the same as I'd received in past orders. I contacted EN directly and they couldn't have been more helpful. The item was quickly replaced with no issues.
