Euroteam Tickets Scam

I bought 4 tickets for my 2 children, husband and I on 26th April 2011 through the company Euroteam (total cost £350) for the Gymnastics event at the North Greenwich Arena London on Sunday 29th July 2012.

I telephoned the helpdesk based in Norway to make enquiries about our tickets ,which had already been purchased and was told that the tickets would be delivered to my address 2 weeks before the Olympic start date on 27th July 2012.

We did not receive any tickets on or after 27th July 2012 in the post or by courier which was paid in advance to “Euroteam” .

As our event was due to start on 29th July we decided to attend the Olympic park anyway despite not being in possession of the tickets that we paid for and as we could have predicted we were refused entry and turned away from the Olympic park by security.

I asked some of the many security staff and volunteers were we could collect our tickets and was sent in different directions which turned out to be extremely frustrating.
It began to dawn on us that the whole operation was a complete scam and we were left wondering how many other people went through the same procedure as us only to be left frozen out and basically ignored.
Our children are 13 and 10 years old at the time of writing and they were looking forward to this day months ago and it was very difficult for us to explain to them why we were not going to watch the gymnastics.

The sad thing is that we may never get another chance to see anything like this in London again which makes it hard to take.

Meanwhile “Euroteam” are still trading and causing heartache for thousands of people.

Expensive

Since I have paid 3 times more then other sites I will at least expect Euroteam to deliver ticket at once, but not. Ticket will be delivered in May, 2 weeks before the concert. Not good service.

Huslers and thats 100%

FCK-Barcelona on the 02.11.2010

I bought 2 tickets and paid early September received a comfirmation that I would receive the tickets between the 02.10 and 25.10.2010 on the 28.10.2010 I received a mail telling me that they wanted my mobile phone number so they could call me on the day the match was (02.11.2010) so I could pick up the tickets somewhere in Copenhagen. 2 hours before the match they called to inform me that they couldn't give me the ticket because they didn't have any - and same day I received a letter saying that I will get my money back within the next 4 weeks.

I will never ever use them again - and let this story be a warning to you

TOTAL STAR ECLIPSE

The amount of kind correspondance to keep me believing to the very end, that I would receive my tickets for the U2 concert on 15.august 2010, had me fooled.
Had no idea that people can be so kind while knowingly cheating you of your money !
I have now turned matters over to the police, as I have (of course) not received compensation for the tickets I never received.
The bank have returned my money and it is now PBS who are stuck with retrieving the money.
You must all do the same.
I know for a fact that euroteam have cheated people in South Africa, Greece, France, Germany and God knows how many more...
Please use SAFECONCERTS.COM to read more about redlisted websites.
We must help each otherto close theese guys down

Don't trust them

They did'nt deliver my tickets. They asked me to travel to London and wait for them to call me to tell me where to pickup my tickets. They are "bad business"... Sorry I have to rate min. 1 star - they should have nothing
