EXPANSYS Denmark 

Bought a Moga Pro Controller a year ago, but forgot to leave a review. Saw their in my opinion unfair poor score just now, realized I myself never made a review back then, so I thought I'd take the time to make a review myself.
Often the only ones who post reviews are unhappy people (dr.dk, postdanmark.dk etc), unless the store actively encourages people to leave a review so you get an even spread of all their customers.

Delivery was as expected. Haven't had to "deal" with them, so to speak, as product was and is working perfectly, so can't comment on customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to use their store some other time where local stores don't have what I'm after, as was the case back then.
Other non-Danish stores I've used have similar requirement regarding verification, so don't be alarmed by that. There are lots of fraud going on (my previous credit card got hacked) and I can't fault them for taking precautions. If they ask for social security scan, just erase/cover the last 4 digits. It might be only for purchases over a certain amount, but I don't remember. Price is fine, delivery is fine and I'm pleased.

I ordered a head set and received a malfunctioning one, which as very frsutrating, but hey, that's what happens. Contacting Expansys customer service, they were extremely helpful, understanding and solution minded; while on the phone, they helped me test the head set to see whether it could be fixed like that, and when that wasn't possible, they immediately started the process of getting a new head set in a way so it wouldn't cost me anything.

I actually read the reviews in here before ordering at Expansys.dk and I'm really regretting not adhering to the advice. It was sound advice indeed.

Just to briefly explain what went down. I ordered a new tablet during the weekend. This morning I discovered to e-mails in my inbox. One explaining me that my transaction was not possible to proces due to something being wrong with my credit card. The other mail was about this very cumbersome verifiction proces. I had read about it in here, so I was prepared and did my dues as a good sport is supposed to (they really need to have an usability expert take a look at the way it is done).

I also called the call center giving my credit card information, as I gathered something had gone wrong when I gave them the first time.

Sometime this afternoon I received yet another e-mail, saying something was wrong with my credit card information. I once again called the call center, this time only to be told she couldn't see what was wrong. She told me that I would need to use another card or get pay with a Scandinavian version of PayPal. The last option entailed the very tempting outcome that my order would need to be cancelled. Which I very happily obliged to.

Lesson to learn: Don't use Expansys.dk for anything that you are not willing to pay with a regular money transfer from your bank. It seems to me to be really the only thing that might work with this store.

Big disappointment...
