Would never buy again here - money lost and no product

Well, well, well...
I ordered something from their store one month ago and the status of the order did not change since then. More than a month has passed and the customer service is not answering me...
I never had such a bad experience with any webshop until now. The shop looked like it was professional and serious but I must say I am really disappointed to be honest. And I already transferred the money to their bank account but I don't think I will ever see it again. For future customers I can only recommend not buying there and not even trying it since there is no use when they don't even prepare your order...

Disgusting fraudulent company

Bought a swim pants and it's too small. Send a return and paid for the return label. Packaged has been received for over a week now. I have email them several times regarding this and a refund but they haven't replied at all. Thus is fraud and criminal i will never buy from them ever again. Also this website there are no phone number but only email there is no other way to reach them. STAY AWAY!
