Great company to deal with. Best price around on these homeplugs (Solwise 600mbps AV2). Had an email within minutes confirming order had been sent with tracking information. The homeplugs themselves are great too - much better than the first generation which i also own but had problems with as connection repeatedly dropped.

I bought two Solwise homeplugs a few months back, they work pperfectly straight out of the bax, so I bought two more!

I've used Faculty-X on three or four occasions. The kit turns up promptly. On one occasion I had an issue with one of the homeplugs (I think I mixed manufacturers) and after contacting Faculty-X they replaced the unit straight away with no hassle. They are also less expensive than the manufactures sites.

What more do you expect from an online retailer? Great product and fast delivery ... all achieved by Faculty-X. No quibble returns, great advice and the cheapest on the market for the home plugs I purchased.

Ordered a Solwise Homeplug to extend my home network still further. Order despatched next day and received the following. I've bought a number of these elsewhere but Faculty-X excelled in all respects.

Excellent service, delivered within 4 days of ordering over the Xmas period. I am a repeat customer and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

I needed to improve my wifi to a certain area in my house. Looking at discussion forums it was either TP-link plugs, Netgear wifi booster or Solwise units. According to the forums these where the best of the bunch. Ordered and by day two units had been received very good service. I started to setup the network but due to MY lack of knowledge I could not get the wifi to work as intended. Intial contact was by e-mail and Richard at Faculty-X was good in terms of response, unfortunately I could not get it to work and asked for a refund which is being dealt with. In my opinion the issue lay more with me and trying to reset the plugs and basically not being savvy enough as hard wire worked and I could see the plugs when wifi scanned.

If you want mains homeplugs @500 mbps do not waste time at other outlets! Faculty-X has identical internal hard ware as other units costing far more. They look good and they work well. Cleared up my 'dead Wi-Fi space' and linked directly to my smart TV by wire. Very nice units

A great company to deal with. I asked for advice first to check I was buying the right kit to extend my home wifi. Very helpful replies and then next day delivery (even pre-Christmas) once I was sure what I wanted.

A returning customer - ordered my homeplugs and they came promptly, no problems. The FAQs on the website indicate that the Faculty--X people know what they are talking about and could help if things went wrong - but they didn't, everything worked fine out of the box. Just one comment - it would be nice if the answers in the FAQs made it clearer which question they are answering!! A bit more structure and better search would be useful.

I have always used Faculty-X as my supplier of Solwise Homeplug devices and I have always been delighted with their prompt and efficient service, as well as the quality of the Solwise products.

Ordered a solwise PL-500AV-REVW ethernet wireless plug to add to existing network.Package was delivered earlier than expected and was connected within minutes to my secure network.These plugs are superb, getting around 240 Mbps on both plugs at the other end of the house when streaming from pc.
Wireless speed is as fast in the back room downstairs through the wireless plug as it is sat next to my router upstairs.
If you want fast wireless and media streaming throughout your home use these!
Easy to set up and no more weak wireless connections.
