I ordered some stuff from these guys and still nearly to month later I havn't got anything from them and when I write to them, they dont care or sometimes they don't answer! I will never buy from the again.. Money wasted.

Really happy with Fast Lad
1) I have always been able to find what I want at Fast Lad
2) Online store is easy to navigate (but looks a little old now)
3) Postage is always quick and items are well packaged
4) Warranty/returns is easy - a simple phone call
5) Staff are knowledgeable and passionate
I like shopping here and so shall continue to do so. Would highly recommend.

Excellent shop
Prices are fairly high but I'm happy to pay this because shipping is fast and the staff are friendly/knowledgable. Never had an issue so shall definitely continue to use them

Consistantly fast, error free shipping.
I've placed a few orders with fast-lad over the years, normally I end up buying cheap chinese heli-clones and parts and end up buying genuine items from fast-lad.co.uk when the former turn out to be rubbish. They've always shipped the same day and I've always received the next. It's good to have a company that are consistant like this, prevents me having to wait around the house wondering when stuff is going to arrive.
