Quick answer, call phone when it was appropriate. Good products and the design is like I hope so. Just the last time it is better to inform you before to promise free transport costs.

Phenomenal service from our very first contact.
Emma was fast, clear and courteous in all our communication. This in spite of the fact that we ordered super late and had a very tight deadline. We received the memory sticks ahead of schedule and the print quality was perfect. Would highly recommend Flashbay!
