Service was extremely insufficient. Out of three records purchased in November, only one arrived (January 8th!). The order for a second was canceled, and the third is still unavailable with no indication of whether or when it will be available. After requesting information, receiving no response the first time, and not understanding the account status, I was finally told to ‘exercise patience and keep waiting.’ Additionally, regarding a boxed set initially ordered, the same issues occurred: it was first available, then unavailable, and then reappeared over €30 more expensive. Simply terrible
