If anyone plannig to purchase please dont waste your money,they are cheaters . They will say nice words only until you buy the product later excuses and lies . if you are already ordered open the box infront of a camera or record a video .Else they will say that you broken the stuff.

Purchased a phone , confirmed it by chat that its refurbished "Like New" with original accessories. When it came Charger , Cable etc are not working , Phone battery was draining so fast . Since I thoght it may be a mistake asked to fix replace or refund the phone but they delivered a repaired same phone back. Charger and charger cable was still not working ,checked the head phones which I didnt checked last time and it was glued and this time the screen has marks which created when they opened the phone.

Each time we are calling for a resolution they will say some stuff to justify their side and finally I went their place (not this one on the map- in deira) and given the phone. When I am giving the phone the owner,manager,customer care all in all guy was saying the charger and the cable was just a complement . Any how I wanted to sort this stuff out , they gave replacement charger and cable saying original (accepted it even I know they are not) , given them the phone for repair. They replced the battery but the issues was same and the back glass near the panel was broken which I noticed only when I left .

As a customer I fed up following up with that and I consider that money as wasted. But I wanted to notify everyone who's looking to buy from this company . Never trust them, they buy used items and when we ask they say it's not used and will convince you that all the accessories are as original pack .

When I was at their place I could see similar calls coming and these guys wanted to wash their hands of for the stuff they sold.

Bought online at Fonezone UAE an IPhone 7. the refurbished iPhone is supposed to be in mint condition. In fact the battery is nearly dead or maybe a cheap Chinese one. After several unpleasant calls with a technician explaining that I don’t understand anything, they accept the refund the product but with 15% markdown. This is how they make their money. Don’t trust don’t buy!

All their phones are fake. We purchased an iPhone 6 and it turned out to be fake. After it was dropped just once and it’s display was completely damaged. Totally frauds

I visited Fone Zone in Chester (20 Eastgate Street) and had the battery replaced on my partner's iPhone 5S at a cost of £25. We left the phone with them for about 30 minutes, so didn't see the work actually being done.

The phone worked well for about a day, then wouldn't hold charge and was actually worse than it was before the battery was replaced. We took it to another shop in Winsford who opened the phone in front of us, to find that what had been fitted was a "cheap £5 Chinese battery from ebay", plus a bracket had been omitted, and 2 screws were missing.

The Winsford shop supplied a new battery, also supplying and fitting the missing bracket and screws. They charged more than Fone Zone, but guess what ..... the job was done properly and the phone works as it should - battery life restored.

This is not a genuine Apple battery, but it is not a cheap piece of ebay tat, and the job was done correctly by an expert who took some level of pride in what he did, unlike the people at Fone Zone in Chester.

THEY ARE COWBOYS AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED

I have used a phone zone In UAE And The least i can say Its a désastre first théir wass delay In recieving The item once recieved The item was not In original Packing And Its used i contactés The customer service to return The item They have me anothe Number to call after 100 called They pick up The phone i Made a Complain And They Ask me to Wait And They Will get back to me Wich They havent for one week i call back They Ask me to write My complaint In a lettre !! Who Is using lettres Anymore ?! After i wrote The complaint letter no body reply fel a month i called back They request me to Wait again ice waited for anothe month And Til nkw no body tired to reach me And i still Havnt get refunded or even contactés by theire team to undestand What went Wrong , In conclus on ITs The worst online shopping expérience i Èver had ... My advice Is not to UAE This plate-form to porshase anything !!

The best service I have received, phone was repaired in 30 minutes, super fast yet VERY professional service, can't thank Phone Doctor enough, I was quoted double the price and an approx time of 2-3 hours from other places, I'm so glad I had the opportunity to visit them, if you are looking for a phone repair etc then look no further, these guys are the best in business, once again thanks a million, life savers !!!

Really recommend for iPhone repairs. My daughter’s phone was badly smashed, the bottom half of the screen and front camera didn’t work . Fonezone repaired the screen and front camera and it now looks and works like new. Prices are reasonable. The repairs were done by the next day. Staff are really lovely. I will definitely use again. I m the most happy man now just got my water damaged phone fixed from Fone Zone in Middleton Shopping Centre. I have lost all hopes and too much worried because all my data and memories were in my phone and phone was not backed up but I must say these guys are magicians save my life.

Let me tell you one thing no one could fix my iphone 8 lcd too many issues but fonezone tech guys done it so thank you fonezone and their team.

I am Johnny Joyce I always used Fonezone and never had any problem with guys there. I always recommended my family and friends to go there for phone repair or sale purchase. Broken my home button, tried to tell me it would be an expensive fix as the screen needed removing first to fix it. It was a complete lie, the screen doesn’t need touching for a button repair. Obviously lieing to get more cash. Avoid at all costs.

I think he broke the button purposely when on with the screen for return business.

Would give zere if possible. Fixed an iPad Air pad, left air bubbles, broke home button and refused to take responsibly for it.

Seriously keep away.

1st time I chose to use them, I watched one of their staff further damage my phone. I had a broken screen, and, once replaced, they put a protective cover over the entire front facing screen (including the finger print recognition home button). When I explained to the gentleman
who served me that I use the fingerprint recognition to gain access, he tried to remove the cover from the home button (using a pocket knife), and my home button was scratched. I was then told I would still have to pay full price (despite having witnessed the damage of my property). However, I was promised I would be provided a free replacement of my home button, and told that due to there "apparently" only being 2 employees working in the shop, they would both be aware of my situation, and there would be no issue when returning my phone for said fixture. Due to the nature of my work (I work freelance in the film and TV industry) my availability can be extremely unpredictable, meaning that I could not guarantee I'd even return for the fixture the same year. I made the gentleman who served me aware of this, and he stated that this would not cause any problems.
When I was FINALLY able to return, I unfortunately had a damaged screen again, and hence figured it was time to have my home button replaced. When I spoke to the gentlemen who worked there, they questioned/mocked my original promise of a replacement home button as "apparently" the employee who had damaged it had been fired due to damaging multiple devices. They then unintentionally revealed that they had over-charged me for my original repair as they only charged me £140 vs my first repair at £160. To add insult to injury, they then told me they could only replace my home button if I was willing to lose the function of finger print recognition (the method I personally use to unlock my phone, and the reason my phone was damaged by the company in the first place). When I explained my situation, they simply said it was up to me if I replaced the button or not. They would not offer any other compensation. I'm not sure about you, but if the vendor damages your property and cannot repair it to it's previous function, I feel the customer deserves some sort of compensation. I would not have returned were it not for the promise of a free repair of my home button.

FYI, they do not repair phones on site. Other than verbal confirmation of this, I witnessed the employee from my first visit getting out a taxi with my phone and unlocking the shop after I had returned at the time I was told my phone would be available for collection, only to find the store closed and locked up.
