Ordered a hat last minute for an engagement shoot with my fiance. Got it so quickly and it was nice and light for the summer heat.

I ordered with this company because of an ad I saw on Instagram. Mistake. It’s been over a month and no product with the company saying they knew it would be this long or longer After I had already paid. I have been back and forth on email for Andrea with her telling me it’s held in customs ( although my tracking number says it’s in New Jersey) to her ultimately saying “ Do you really think we are not loosing?
You bought a $29 hat shipping included.
The price is so ridiculous because there is a global emergency going on!
The promotion is called "SAFE&SAVE"
Our revenue from your order it is less than $5 (before taxes).
I'm loosing hours chatting with you to explain the situation ( around $25/Hour considering taxes).
With you we are already loosing more money than you think.
Moreover we are continuing chatting with you for that $5.
Now... We are not loosing here?

I have never heard of any company shaming the customer For buying a product that they had on sale. After that I left an bad review on Instagram to be Blocked by the company. Well, I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my hat but I know I will never order with them again. Sale or not. Good day.

Had good items in stock, cheap and delivered fast. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered 2 items on Friday last. Ordered because they had stock and offered rapid delivery.
No confirmation email at all.
Chased for confirmation on the Monday 'Goods dispatched today'
No sign of goods, still no confirmation.
Chased Thursday. Lost in post, apparently. Given an invalid tracking number.
Asked for refund or replacement goods. No answer.
I've paid for stuff I haven't had, and Foxster don't appear bothered. When asked why there's no email confirmations 'We're moving systems'
Only email I've had other than one from customer service is this one asking me to rate them. Sickening.
Avoid this company. Flash, impressive web site but clearly unable to deliver the goods.

Edit that afternoon:
I notice Foxster have found time to reply to this review, but not to my email from yesterday. I still have no goods or refund, and no notification as to how they propose to resolve the issue.
Foxter: You've taken nearly sixty quid off me for nothing. Sort it out, please.

After waiting 7 days they had still not dispatched my coat so i rang to cancel the order. They told me it has already been dispatched, it was then posted the following day. Unfortunately it didn't fit and so i returned the coat. After 7 days i had heard nothing from them so i sent an e-mail to enquire what was going on, i was told they would look into it and get back to me the following day. Two days later no reply, i sent another e-mail no reply. Because i paid by paypal i could open a dispute with the company it was only then i got a refund even then then money didn't appear back in my account for another 3 weeks. It seems to me this is an incompetent company and i highly recommend you shop elsewhere.




I would like to further confirm that these people are liars. The company response below claims :

'ordered, dispatched, returned by the customer and then refunded within 15 working days'

This is just not true it was actually 36 working days between the order and recieving my refund.

Placed an order on Wednesday pm, received an email Thursday to say order had been dispatched, and received goods this morning (Friday). Order well wrapped and delivered 1st class, signed for. Cannot fault them. Will definitely use this site again. :)

I ordered a Gore top from Foxster, paid for it, was e-mailed to say it had been despatched, and then days later was e-mailed to say it was out of stock. E-mails between me and Foxster resulted in them sending me a list of Gore tops which they assured me were in stock... so I ordered one, paid for it.... and again, days later, was told that my payment would be refunded as this top was also now out of stock. AAgh!

I bought a Gore Bike Wear Path Mens Cycling Jacket at a very competitive price. Yet to try it in anger, but Gore Tex has never let me down.
Jacket arrived quickly as ordered.
