UPDATE: I notice today that their website, Facebook profile & landline telephone number have been taken down. Anyone who is still expecting delivery of a rug would be advised to contact their banks to claim a full refund.

After checking that the Fading World rug I wanted was in stock, I ordered it online on 10th Oct, & payment was debited from my account in full on 12th Oct. Delivery time was stated as 7-14 days on the order.
On 22nd I was informed by Customer Services that the rug would be despatched "tomorrow". It didn't arrive. I emailed to let them know this & Adrian said he would look into it "immediately". Since then I have tried to obtain an update via both email & telephone on a daily basis, but have heard NOTHING. (Be aware that, when calling this company, you have to leave a message & wait for them to call you back. In my experience, they won't! And they won't leave a message on voicemail.) This is an unacceptable way to be treated & very frustrating for the customer. An order update is all that I require. As they are avoiding all contact, I have taken legal advice & now requested that the rug is delivered or a full refund made within 14 days. Scrolling through the reviews on TrustPilot, this is, sadly, a common occurrence. In my experience, Fringes Rugs have proven themselves to be wholly unprofessional & communication with Customer Services is literally non-existent if you have a problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! :(

Cannot write a review as my order and payment was taken then a day later had an e mail saying they couldn't fulfil the order. Still waiting for my payment to be returned ,most people take payment on dispatch I have to wait for mine before I can afford another £600 outlay.

My purchase is a special order being made to custom size and has not yet been received. However the range of rugs available from Fringes Rugs and the fact that they can be made to customer requirements is a big plus. I am looking forward to receiving my new rug.

Wanted a rug I knew was no longer manufactured so was looking for old stock. In the end they couldn't supply but seemed to have tried to source one and provided a quick hassle free refund.

I can't review as the rug has not been delivered yet and I have had no communication from fringes as yet.

T he rug was much cheaper than local retail stores and came treated and with non slip underlay free. Delivery was also included .I would recommend them.

long wait for delivery. Review your purchase survey received before goods were even despatched! Hopefully the wait will be worth it. Happy to review after goods received.

I purchased and paid for a rug from Fringe carpets and was told that it was out of stock, I received a prompt refund. Excellent customer service.

I was informed immediately that there would be a delay in delivery as the last one was sold as I put in my order. This was quite acceptable and, today, the rug has arrived as promised. It is a lovely rug in a rich shade of blue and the nonslip underlay is very effective, although I don't think it would move very much anyway.

Our rug came within the time fringe rugs promised, it was 10% cheaper than anywhere else online, we are very satisfied. We will be using them again in the near future also.

I got an email asking for a review around a week before I received my rug and when I emailed about this I got no response.
The rug took over 2wks from ordering which I felt was a bit too long.
Fringe rugs did call to let me know to expect delivery the following day which was good.
The free underlay was great quality

My rug arrived very quickly and the colours were exactly as shown in the picture. Good value. Would recommend.

I've just ordered a rug and can't wait to get it. To surf on the website was a great experience, and moreover, they had some great deals, besides the convincing amoutn of choices available.

The rugs which I bought were far cheaper from Fringes Rugs than they were from any of the other online sellers, plus I received free non slip underlay AND free anti stain treatment. I received prompt communication from them and delivery (with tracking) within the stipulated time period. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again, recommended!

The rug arrived well within the 7 to 10 day delivery window, complete with advice on cleaning, getting it to sit flat and the like. It was well packed but at the same time, easy to open.
It looks absolutely beautiful in our new 'garden room', on a laminate floor.
It is thick and appears to be very good quality, despite a very reasonable price.
The rug is exactly like the picture, both design and colour, and the website so very easy to use. Why go to the High Street when we have Fringes Rugs-I would recommend them to anyone.
