Jeg bestilte et kradsebræt som var ødelagt ved modtagelse. jeg kontaktede derfor kundeservice, via mail eftersom deres nummer ikke eksisterede, hvorefter de svarede hurtigt.
De undersøgte problemet og fandt ud af, at det var en fabriksfejl så jeg fik pengene tilbage. Derfor var der en god service selvom det er trist, at miste porto pengene selvfølgelig. Det med telefon nummeret trækker dem dog ned.
