I placed an order for a full Santa deluxe suit, with glasses and bell with an instruction to call if any items were out of stock because the timescale were tight. Not only did they call letting me know the order had been despatched, but had put in a free of charge smaller bell as the larger one wasn't due in on time and despatched this later, which still arrived on time. Quality is lovely. Excellent customer service and good communication. I'd email as well as phone if needed. Faultless and I'll definitely use again.
Babies will have a Santa now at their Christmas party! Xx

I ordered an outfit for a fancy dress party. 2 weeks later I had no outfit, no emails keeping me updated, and no replies to my emails. Luckily I paid by PayPal so managed to raise a claim and get my money back. I was still left with no time to organise a replacement outfit.

My advice? Use your hard earned money elsewhere.

I had problems whit shipment to Sweden but they solved that issue
in a very god manner. Happy customer and I will return.

Ordered a deluxe Santa suit for a Christmas Ice Show and needed urgent delivery for a photo-shoot. The suit was out of stock and I was asked if i wanted to cancel or wait 3-5 days. This was tight but I decided to wait. A different replacement suit was put to one side in the event new stock didn't arrive in time. The suit I ordered on Sunday was delivered by the next Friday ready for the Saturday photo-shoot. Quality was exceptional and service was simply outstanding! I found communication via phone and email to be polite, efficient and always helpful. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a santa outfit from Fun Warehouse, and I couldn't be happier with the high quality of the product. The service also was great, they kept me up to date with the whereabouts of my item and ensured delivery in time for my event, which was successful. Very happy customer, will certainly be ordering from Fun Warehouse again for my next costume.

Purchased my sons outfit from this company over a week ago and received NOTHING..Kept checking on my order which stated 'waiting for fulfilment'! Well it stayed like that and never changed! After numerous phone calls and emails with no response and reading other peoples reviews on here i knew i was not going to receive anything so paypal have been informed!!! Please dont waste you time or money on these!!!

I ordered a costume for my daughter on Aug 7th. I had a confirmation straight away and an update saying awaiting fulfilment. Since then nothing. They are still showing the same costume as available on their website and I have had no contact from them telling me that there is a delay. I've e-mailed twice and have tried to call everyday and like others say there is no response or it just cuts off. Absolutely useless customer service. I'm going to be calling my card company to ask them to charge the money back to the company as based on most reviews here they are doing this a lot and seem to be crooks.

I have used this company several times and have always had very prompt delivery of my order. Excellent customer service, and good value for money.

Beware before ordering goods from this company. I placed an order on the 10th March 2012 in good faith. Money taken upfront. Received e-mail to say goods were out of stock & would take another 7-14 day from supplier.
I gave this company the benefit of the doubt. Surprise, surprise - my order still has not been delivered (2 months later) My e-mails have not been answered and I have not received a refund as yet. Just wished I had checked out reviews about this company before placing an order. Very disappointing & very disappointing for my little boy (order was for him)

I tried to get 2 outfits for my son's birthday and was told online that there was stock. Payment taken immediately. Received email saying no stock and would I like a refund to which the answer was yes. Since that date (over 2 weeks ago) I have had no response despite many emails and phone calls (NEVER answered - no answer machine either). I have now contacted the Guernsey Police Fraud unit following some advice and am hopeful that this will result in a full refund. Awful. Do not ever buy from this site.

Good quality product. Good Price. Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 costumes. 5 day service. waited 7 days, not able to contact on phone despite numerous attempts. Sent sales several emails with no answer. Eventually pulled all emails off site, and said I would report fraud if no response. Very quick reply. Apparently waiting for stock. Sent 2 emails asking for it to be sent to new address due to wait. Both ignored neither replied to, sent to original address after 12 days causing further problems.

nowadays a website that allows a customer to buy, pay, and then tells them two days later that the item they have purchased isn't available and they will have to wait ten days before they are able to re-stock is just pathetic. If they have no stock they shouldn't take your money.
