Very late review but bought a waterproof mattress for elderly mother. No issue with the actual mattress but the delivery driver left the bloody thing downstairs and outside my block. With zero notification! It was only because I told a neighbor who realised what the delivery was, brought it upstairs for me.

When I contacted the company they said they'd escalate it to management but never heard back from them. Hell no if I'd use them again!

The waterproof mattress isn’t waterproof what so ever. You can feel the springs. Horrible mattress.

I ordered furniture from tFurniturture 24/7 since May 2024 and it was not delivered and they have been promising to refund but not done so up till today that I write this review.
I have sent several emails, spoken to the main office, after-sales and still no refund..
Bank says it’s past there refund policy, and only option is through the claims court for £1499)

Complete sham of a company, ordered mattress and bedframe supposed to.be next day delivery, 6 days later mattress was delivered but no bed frame multiple.calls and emails over the next 3 weeks where I was put on hold, transfered to other companies, hung up on getting no where. I emailed again and advised I would be contacting thr bank to do a payment recal and called them a scam company they refunded the bed frame charge and got upset over being called out for there scamming ways. Just read every other review online about this company AVOID

I was just curious to see if this firm was still trading.
I ordered a waterproof mattress way back in April 2023 and have long since given up on getting any satisfaction.

Please do not use.

Addition to previous review. Sadly out of date for Bank help and support. Social Services unable to get anywhere, though it was reported to trading standards. Only route left now is small claims court if I have the energy to go there, though someone has suggested Rogue Traders.

Finally gave up 6 months later as getting nowhere.

Imagine my horror to find it is still doing the dirty on people.
Why is this firm still trading, there must be laws against this sort of miss-selling. Why are trading standards not looking into all the complaints sent to them.
Why are so many still being ripped of even though the majority of reviews are damming.
It’s time the powers that be, who can get this corrupt firm shut down, are not doing so.

The mattress we purchased is not fit for purpose. I have tried to contact customer service several times and despite the website saying they will respond in 5 days I have heard nothing. This mattress is so uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. We have had to buy a mattress elsewhere and will be taking this one to the tip today. Do not buy from this company.

An update - my son received his furniture last week after I told the company that if I had no reply within 24 hours, I would invoke the chargeback process with his bank. I did get a reply, and a delivery date and time which was honoured. It's a shame I had to go through all that stress to get there. The furniture looks good, but the build quality is not as robust as we hoped for the price.

Do not use this company. We ordered a bed base, waterproof mattress and some bedding for my disabled child in December and told 2 day delivery. We are still waiting and had no response to emails and nobody answers the phones. Please use your money elsewhere if you actually want your items. They were quick enough to take the £500 but absolutely nothing from them since. Con artists.

Mum ordered a futon bunk bed from here, in stock and said online would be delivered within a few days. Got the confirmation email and an invoice but nothing else. After 3 days sent an email to chase, nothing. 5 days another email, nothing. A week later rang them, got through to sales and was told it was an aftersales issue, and they're a busy department. Took all day to get through and they said oh its out of stock and you'll be getting a refund. Days later nothing still! A 3rd email sent, nothing. Finally after the 15 day period raised with MBNA to resolve. And the worst of all of this, the bed is still on the on website as in stock!

Don’t I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Only used them as promised next day delivery.
Placed order nothing arrived. Actually managed to get through to Sales to chase to be told it was out for delivery. No delivery turned up and now they won’t call back!

I ordered a chest of drawers, in 13/11/2023 it stated I would receive item 2 days later. I tried contacting company to confirm approximate delivery time but couldn’t get hold of anyone.
I waited in for product to be delivered but it didn’t arrive.
I’ve received an email the next day saying order had been cancelled and I would be issued a refund.
I have contacted the company on numerous occasions, I only got through to someone once. They told me payment hadn’t been taken from my bank. When I told them I could prove that it had, they said the payment was in a holding area and the refund would be issued the next day, that was on the 26/11/2023.
It is now the 30/11/23 and still no refund.
I have now taken the issue up with the bank!

Oh, how I wish I'd looked at the reviews before buying. I bought especially as we wanted the next day delivery, that was when I came across the reviews. I immediately tried to phone to cancel, to no avail, they never answer the phone. I received an email from them acknowledging the order and promptly replied to cancel the order as their own website says you can do this if the goods haven't been delivered. No response but several weeks later, after ordering a mattress from another company, we came back from being out to find the mattress dumped in the garden on a rainy day. Well done losers!

Avoid this company like the plague. Money taken immediately then no delivery update. Tried to call repeatedly for a week but phone not answered at all. Emailed to cancel the order but not acknowledged. Contacted my bank and they refunded me immediately thank goodness!

Paid for bunk beds with mattresses. Money left bank and received confirmation email. Next day received at VAT receipt email. This is all I received!!
Tried emailing and to this day have not received a response. Tried calling. After sales never answer on either number provided. Got through to someone with the sales option. Claimed she worked switchboard but had no numbers to transfer me to. SHe has to email any colleagues. I say colleagues but it sounds like there's only 1 as deliveries,refunds....everything goes through to just one person.
I would say avoid like the plague.

10 years on and i can't believe they are still in operation. I had the worst experience EVER with this company but finally got a refund after months of threats. After checking my bank account to check the money was in, I noticed that I had been defrauded of money. I have no proof it was them so I couldn't action. BEWARE!!! Do not give them your bank details PLEASE. If it was possible I would give them zero stars

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with….EVER. After placing an order for next day delivery I received email confirmation and a sales invoice. 48 hours later I received a text from the courier stating that me goods will be delivered the next day which they duly were. However, I had ordered 2 sets of bunk beds with mattresses and the delivery driver only bought the bed frames. No mattresses. I took my old beds to the tip in the morning that the delivery was due as I needed the space. After 10’s of calls to the aftersales number (not answered ever) and about the same number of calls to the sales number (answered every time) I have a list of names for all the staff that I have spoken to. No one is able to provide any answers to my questions, they just take my name, number and claim that they will get Mark (the Manager) to call me which he never has. Each time I call I have to repeat my issue and again get told that Mark will call me. I’m now 6 days without Mattresses on my 4 children’s beds and we have been sleeping on sofas and one double bed between 6 of us. I still don’t know when I will be receiving my delivery as no one at this company will tell me anything. Yesterday I called every hour and repeated my issue to one of the team to be told the same, Mark will call me. How a company of this size is able to survive in this day and age is beyond me, customer service is a basic requirement and unfortunately Furniture 247 doesn’t get it. It’s such a shame as the bed frame are actually pretty good, it’s just unfortunate that we can’t use them yet.
If anyone from F247 reads these comments they should take a look at their service and sort it out.
Maybe I should have read the reviews before buying from them, but it’s only beds. It can’t be that difficult.
My patience is running out now as I haven’t had a good sleep in a week.

Hi All! Just to say PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Be aware of this company. They are bloody scammers. I ordered a waterproof mattress (at £199.99) for my autistic brother who lives in supported accommodation on 27th October 2022 and it arrived on 31st October 2022. The following day, my brother’s Team Leader calls me and says that the mattress is not of good quality and that you could feel all the springs. She told me to have a look which is I did right away. Within the 14 day period, me and my brother’s Team Leader contacted the company’s After Sales Team several times to get a refund and for them to take the mattress back. The phone just keeps ringing out and if you do get through then it’s a woman who says someone will call you back in 30 mins but it never happens. This happened 3 times. We have emailed them too but got no response. Took it with the bank next. I tried to get a refund through Chargeback as I paid it using a Debit Card. But the bank refused for some reason. I wrote a letter to the company to warn them that I was going to report them to Trading Standards and that they should pay my refund within 19 working days. Sent it by recorded delivery. The person who received the letter was called ‘Mark’. But I got no response. Then I took it to Small Claims Court. I applied online (as I live in Scotland and the rules are different in England). After applying online with evidence. The court sent summons to the company (post) but they refused to take it. The court called me to say that they can send the summons again by sending a sheriff officer but it will cost me about £100 and that there were will be other fees to pay too. But there is no guarantee I will get my money back!! So I decided to let go. These Rogue Traders know how to keep your money and get away from the law. The wrong thing I did was, I didn’t read the reviews before buying. I wish I did. Now I know to read reviews before buying anything. Please everyone AVOID this company at all costs!!!

Ordered a waterproof mattress for my ALN brother. Took the money but never arrived. Spoke to someone today and they said a manager would ring me back. Manager rang me back and said it was out for delivery this was a week ago. Asked for a refund and was told they would have to wait till delivery was returned to them. Raised a dispute with my bank following reading these reviews on here about this being a common practice with this company. Manager said he would check with delivery company to find out what's happened this was at 11am this morning. Rang back at 16:40 has had no further calls and was told somone will ring me back. Now I'm down £££ and still no mattress.

I now know why zero is used to sum up. This company (like others) have taken our money and given no service. I have rang them at least 10 times. After sales told me that it will now be delivered the following Tuesday. Then to cap it prior to the Easter holiday, Atter Sales sent me an email stating it has been despatched. This is all stalling tactics - they are as good as a chocolate tea pot, rubbish! Still waiting after two weeks. My son lives in assisted living and urgently needed this mattress as I pointed out to them. This is a terrible company, do not give them your order. We failed to read the reviews and have been treated very poorly. I have now got to get our money back from this "Chocolate Tea Pot" company.

Weeks on and still no refund, despite requesting it with them when I did eventually get through to the phone. It mostly rings out, same woman answers saying she’ll pass a message on. Never happened. SCAM COMPANY.
