Before I ordered two domestic freshjet 1700 by futek.it for 2.672,32€, I had a chat on their website to inform me, if it's possible to ship to Germany. After the chat, I give my order for 2.672,32€, which I paid directly. The last email I get from assistanza@ was the 20th of October. Since this day, happens nothing. I get no answers of my emails I wrote, no delivery nothing, till today. Futek.it is a online shop you can't trust. Next step for me is to contact a lawyer, to get my money back.

Update after futek.it response in trustshop: I'm waiting over 2 weeks to clear the situation. No information about the delivery, nothing.... I'm still waiting..... my last chat was on Friday, 27.10..... what happens????? NOTHING

you put an order online on the day 18/10/2017 and pay with the credit card .

The product that you order is a 2/3 day await for shipping .

Your order is going to leave our warehouse on Monday/Tuesday and is going to be ship by our DPD carrier.

On the afternoon of the day of the shipping you are going to received the link and the tracking number .

I bought a Nikon Camera a few months ago. I thought it had European Warranty, but it came from Hong Kong.

Now I have a problem and I have been sending messages and filling RMA request since a few weeks ago. No response.
