Anglian Garden & Building Ltd 

When my builders began to erect the sides of my large workshop they discovered that the floor was too wide for the sides and immediately phoned Garden Buildings Direct. The firm took several hours to admit that the floor that the panels were 1.9 cm too wide. By which time the builders had to take down what they had done lest it blow away. Garden Buildings Direct eventually sent a replacement floor but have refused to reimburse me their admitted error on the grounds that their terms state that it is up to me to check that everything is “present and correct”. I did not interpret this as meaning that it was up to me to measure the 36 parts of a large workshop to the nearest centimetre before calling in the builders. As a result I have had to pay 2 men for a day on which nothing was accomplished with the result that the workshop, which I acknowledge is of satisfactory quality, has cost me almost double what it should have done. The firm’s offer that I should dismantle it and return it would cost me yet more.

Very poor customer service. After accepting my order and debiting my account the company demanded that I agree to a list of terms and conditions they sent via email before they would send the goods. When I declined to do so they obfuscated and argued before finally agreeing to send a full refund within 14 days. I still haven't received my money back and don't hold out much hope. Buyer beware!

Anglian Garden and Building Itd are an excellent company to trade with.
The communication is of a very high quality. The information i requested was answered promptly and directly. Delivery of the item ( Garden Shed) came exactly on time. The delivery man was fantastically helpful.

The product itself is slightly disappointing. I self assembled the shed following the instructions. The instructions were not that clear and incomplete. A section of the assembly procedure was missing out of the instructions. The shed itself does the job and looks nice but it is on the flimsy side. If the shed was of a more sturdier construction then this would have been the perfect online purchase. Some will say ' you get what you pay for'.

Overall though good friendly company and would do business again with them.

Delivered on time, ready to use, good product, only time will tell how really good it is.

Order half a ton of Japanese black stones. They were black whether wet or dry (unlike many of their competitors!) and I rang on the Friday and paid £20 extra to ensure they arrived on the Monday. I was told there would be no garauntee but in any event they arrived first thing in the morning. Excellent service and excellent quality stones.

My earlier review was an error (writing 2 reviews at the same time!) This product is exactly as seen on the website.

However I did have to chase delivery 3 times and on each occasion was promised a return call. Alas, none came, via phone, email or telephone message on my 24/7 hr recording system.

Delivery did eventually arrive - and the product is nice

I bought this chicken house and could not be more pleased. It houses my girlies just right. It is easy to clean with it's metal tray. Can't wait to left the flap in the afternoon to see what my girles have left for me. I can put them away safe and sound of a night time away from Mr Fox. The service I received was excellent, the ladies in the office kept in touch to let me know when my new house was on it's way. Thank you from a happy customer and her 6 girls.

Delivery was excellent and timely. The drivers were extremely helpful and considerate.

The shed went together easily. A little disappointed with the floor a little flimsy and windows although knew they were not glass again a little flimsy.

Thank you so much for your service and the lovely Gazebo we purchased. We are having lovely evenings chilling out with friends and family. Especially enjoyed on our grandson christening, lots of fun and laughs for the elderly to sit in, for a glass or two of wine. Every one has commented on how much they have liked it and looks good in our garden. It came well packed and it did not take long to assemble, good instructions and good price. Well recommended.

I ordered a gypsy caravan hen house and was promptly called by Anglian garden and building to check that everything was ok and to confirm style, paint colours, optional extras etc. they called back later answering my questions about delivery times etc. so the service from the above company was excellent and should warrant 5 stars but Unfortunatly when the product arrived it was not built to the described design and was missing 2 very important parts - the removable side and the removable tray for easy cleaning! I contacted the man who had actually made and delivered the caravan and to cut a long story short they are making and delivering a new one WITH the easy cleaning tray and removable side!!

I bought a shed at the cheapest price I could find on the internet.. I phoned to query how long delivery would take, the lady was extremely helpful and even phoned me back twice to confirm expected delivery dates.
The shed arrived when expected and the delivery guy was lovely. I haven't unpacked the shed yet, but the box is in great condition, so the shed should be too. An excellent company to purchase from.

The web site is not only appealing, it is informative and easy to navigate. That was what first attracted me. The items I ordered were delivered with no fuss and I was kept up to date with progress. I would not hesitate to use Anglian again and probably will soon.

Cabin was delivered on time and put where we needed it. Wayne (cabin builder organized through Anglian Garden & Building Supplies) came a day later and worked solidly for two days single-handedly putting it up. From Wayne's point of view the instructions were not the best and the roofing felt was poor quality so we bought additional roofing felt. It was well worth the extra expense of having an experienced joiner/cabin builder. The cabin looks great, we have treated it with ,wood preserver and painted it.
The icing on the cake would have been if the wood had been pre-treated/tanalized, but you pay for what you get and the price was very competative. We are very pleased with it.
