The class was very good. Angelicka was very clear and presented the information very well. Her teaching method was great. She explained the modules very well and used examples and her own experience to make us understand everything.

I had a great experience/time learning this course and I liked how how teacher ANGELIKA P taught the class, she really went far and beyond and made sure we were able to receive and digest the information/knowledge taught to us. She made the class fun whilst maintaining a professionalism and generally made it a good experience…. Also had a good experience with zane his class was fun and interesting, I’m hoping when I renew my license I’m lucky enough to get the same teachers/team 🙏🏿🙌🏿😊

I ordered contacts 11/7/2016 and it is now 11/26/2016 and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CONTACTS.. I ordered these contacts in a bind because I ran out of mine.. and I called the number that was provided in my email and it is just a bunch of advertisments and prompts to press numbers. The tracking option has vanished on the email so I can no longer track it.. I am very upset and would like refund.. BUT HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING ANYONE.. HOPEFULLY THIS WORKS.. I'VE TRIED YOUR NUMBER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND CAN NEVER GET PAST THE ADVERTISEMENTS . SEEMS LIKE YOU DON'T WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT YOU. THIS WILL BE MY LAST ATTEMPT AT CONTACTING YOU. I will try and get a refund from my credit card company based on the fact I've been scammed.

A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

I was reluctant to use another contact lense supplier as I have used an online competitor for around eight years! However when I was desperate to order a new supply of daily disposables yesterday having suddenly run out, I was prepared to pay an extra £6.99 for next day delivery with this competitor - their website was 'down for maintenance' for over 6 hours!! As a result I searched around and Get Lenses had the best reviews by far.
Next day delivery for a minimal cost and even sent me sweets in my order. Thank you so much Get Lenses. You kept me informed and didn't disappoint.
Would highly recommend.

I've ordered lenses several times now from GetLenses (or Vision Direct or whatever they're calling themselves nowadays) and I have never had any problems, the communication about delivery is spot on and the lenses themselves are exactly as I expected them.

I have ordered from these clown three times now and all three times i had to file a paypal dispute because they never delivered my order. They provided me with fake tracking numbers for every order but never delivered any of them; the orders were never actually posted, even 15 days after the day their falsified shipping information said they were. This place is so half assed, run fast, cancel your order and let paypal know they are falsifying their shipping records.

I changed to getlenses.co.uk from another contact lens supplier as fast delivery important to me. 2 orders were placed and delivered ok with next day delivery as indicated. However, this time reordered prescription on Tuesday morning as said would be dispatched on same day. Still showing as 'in warehouse on Thursday' so called and they didn't know when would be dispatched as they had "moved warehouse". Explained I needed lenses before Saturday and asked for order to be cancelled so could order from another next day delivery site (as many many sites offer this and same prices for contact lenses). Money had already been taken by getlenses.co.uk despite delay to delivery and was told it will take up to 4 days for refund to be processed - and refund couldn't be processed over a phone as manager needed to be present.

In summary, previously ok deliveries but this time: (i) no communication or notification that there would be delay in delivery - still showing as due to be dispatched last Tuesday; (ii) when called not possible to confirm when order would be dispatched - "maybe today or tomorrow"; and (iii) takes up to 4 days to get a refund.

Hallo I sent you a 2 pair af unused Linses back( BioMedics 55) , because they gave me a scratch in My Right eye for a month ago.Was in emergency room,eye doktor and all Said it was the months Linses wich was used max 1 week( The One used pair of them). I sent the rest back to your adress as required and ask for My money back ,never Got answer or excuse.
I have papers from emergency room as proof. I Could not go to work like nurse 5 days , because of pain and Could not se anithing for so Many days,items awfull experience.Used kloramfenikol ,painkillers and Should ho with a special eye closer for 3 days to relive the eye.
I requie mu My money back. It is the smallest Thing your firm Can do.
I wrote you mail,no respons at all.
Hope people understand how dangerous is to buy Linses from internet and how Noone answer you when the dameded happened.

First time I have used this company and a BRILLIANT first experience.

I originally bought my lenses from my opticians ...however they took 6 week to arrive...get lenses have come within 2 weeks! and they are especially made in the USA as i have a odd prescription!
