Prior to selecting my products online I called the contact number to ask the difference between some similar items - the staff really seem to know they’re stuff and more importantly they where interested in what my goals where for the product after a quick chat I
went with they’re suggestion, I am extremely happy with the products and cannot recommend this company enough. I also received my items the very next day which was impressive as I only ordered at 14:45 in the afternoon 👍

best service iv ever recieved from an online supplement company. I wanted a particular product which they didnt have but they recommended an alternative which i LOVE and also included a free sample of another product thats well suited to me. Really good knowledge of supps and nutrition. I got free next day delivery also which was a huge help

One star is to good, my wife purchased strawberry nrg fuel mass gain which it let her buy stating in stock, they rang to offer another flavour as it wasn't In stock which She declined as she wanted strawberry and said She would hang on till the next day like they suggested, to then have the phone put down on her, she then emailed them so they cancelled the order without asking or anything, when she went bk onto amazon and looked at her cancelled purchase it put her straight onto there listing and the price has gone up,shocking customer service avoid at all costs RUDE is an understatement.

Found this site as i was after some USA brand which no one seems to do in the UK apart from these guys, the price was cheaper and with free delivery i couldn't have been more happier, it arrived on time and had bee packaged up very well.

I will be using this site again :)

The service is great, and their own protein powders are brilliant, taste better than the known brands and have a similar profile. The prices for known brands are better than i can find anywhere else, including eBay! Regular shopper at Goldstar in Newcastle and will remain this way for the foreseeable.

Great prices for a wide variety of quality products, and delivery is always prompt. After using one or two other companies, I'd happily recommend them, as customer service is excellent and free gifts are regularly thrown in. Overall, a worthy competitor to the biggest stores in the country.

The docked star is after an incident concerning the use by date on stock still being sent out, and got told it was a 'sell by' date. Which, of course, makes little difference, as they should not be 'selling' it in either case.

I ordered my product for next day delivery. It should have been delivered the following day however there was no delivery. When I checked the couriers site they said they had made an attempt which was not true. A week later and I'm still waiting. Goldstar supplements refunded my delivery charge but unless they get a courier who actually tries to deliver then i very much doubt i will order from them again.

Can't say a bad word, item was with me within a couple of days and will defo be ordering again.
