Took money, no goods, no response to emails and the phone is completely dead

Spent £211 on prescrition ski goggles. No email response to oreder or subsequent emails or phone calls. Amex advised I sent email to cxl order. DO NOT USE

It looked to good to be true, delivery within 24 hours at a bargain price, it never happened. I have had no response to my email and have tried to ring them on six occasions over two days, line always engaged or disconnected, I concur with the majority of reviews on this page - this company does not appear to be trading but is still taking your money - AVOID at all costs.

Just avoid this web. You will save your day.

December 2010 ordered £80 Bolle ski Goggles with debit card before reading the review websites. What a mistake. The money was debited from the account immediately-then no order confirmation.None of the phone numbers work from their 2 websites, lines sound disconnected- long tone. No email responses.DO NOT ORDER!Considering filling out a fraud form any minute.

I ordered a pair of Rx Adidas glasses halfway Octobre. Communicating with them was slow and difficult in such way that it often took a long while to get a response. Other times response was almost instantly. So difficult to know what to expect.
After deciding I´d go for an order it took up until today (30/11/10) for me to get my glasses..... (delivered in the Netherlands from the UK).
A miscommunication or something like that is supposed to have caused the delay.
All in all my glasses are great, appear to be the real deal, and approx 500 euros cheaper than my high street retailer, so was worth the wait. I wouldn'have minded waiting this long, as long as I had know it before hand. Now it almost seemed as a scam, but luckily turned out to be an OK deal. I'll order here again in future, but will keep in mind it might take a bit extra time :)

I have placed an ordre with this company almost 2 weeks ago. As yet i have not recieved my order or had any confirmation of it from the company. Although they have debited the funds from my account. The have also not responded to my numerous calls and e-mails. I would avoid this compay.

23.11.10 - I am concerned that this company is not longer trading but may still be taking money for orders. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. I used them previously with no problems so this is quite a change.
25.11.10 - still nothing so the company must be out of business. At least I only lost £16 so have ordered goggles elsewhere

18 November: Alarmingly I have received no confirmation of my order placed on 4 November. Neither have I received a response to an e-mail requesting confirmation. I have also tried repeatedly to contact the seller by phone and Skype: no one answers. As things stand I would warn people off this company.

19 November: Since posting my initial review above and making a claim via PayPal, I have received an answer to my e-mail query to the company. They say they did not get the prescription details when I placed the order and that they will now send the goggles ASAP. I will update this review again if/when I receive the goggles.

For the record, I ordered a pair of swim goggles from the same site about two years ago and in that case I didn't have any problems with the order.

3 December: PayPal refunded my money, so I presume that they didn't receive a satisfactory answer from these people either. I haven't received the goggles or heard anything more from them since I sent my prescription details on 19 November.

12 December: In the end I gave up on this company and ordered my swim goggles from another site.

Ordered Magic Towel on 6th November, money taken same day. No sign of it yet. Have sent 2 emails and left 1 message on answer service, all totally ignored! Avoid this company!!!!

Original order placed and money taken early October. Mid November and I'm still waiting, all this after receiving correspondence in relation to a potential order originally.

ordered some adidas shades and they were delivered next day, i then ordered seperately my prescription insert and that too was delivered within 5 days

Ordered on 2 June 09 money taken, no glasses, after chasing emails and phone messages i received a reply on the 10 June stating glasses SHOULD be in an order and then shipped and with me in 2-3 days. 14 June 09 another email sent chasing dispatch information, still nothing. I just want my money back now - this 'service' is shocking. - also my one email response was sent from @hotmail.co.uk, hardly confidence inspiring.

Ordered some prescription glasses and received them within 5 days, will definately recommend to my mates - Thanks

rdered specs 5 weeks ago, heard nothing........money taken......sent mails no reply, left tel msg no replly, only ever get answer machine...is this company bust??
