I ordered 5 dishes. 2 arrived substantially scratched and marked and one also scratched but only the once. I emailed them, no repaonse, I called and they don’t pick up. I’m not massively impressed.

we ordered february with announcement for 6-8 weeks delivery time. Next announcement was End May, again failure. Next announcement was end of June and that worked. But we had written twice and set a final limit, afterwards we would have canceld the order.
In addition the tea cup is not like on the fotos. Quality of painting is less then the one we have and this little difference - white background or shady one is not on hte product fotos

Order arrived well protected with bubble wrap and paper.
The only problem I had was that having sent off my order and bank details I didn't receive confirmation of my order which made me worry. However, after I contacted Havens they confirmed immediately that the order would be on its way.

Still waiting (more than a week later) for a response about replacing a broken plate that was delivered as part of my order despite sending images and an explanatory email.

Shocking response to a complaint about an item that arrived with a damaged box and peeling labels on the glasses, making it unsuitable as a gift. Despite this, the company refused to cover the return postage for a refund, which is very disappointing.
