Waste of Time
Do you know the feeling when you really need something so desperately, and you place an order (and add some extra stuff that you don't really need), and you are waiting and waiting because it is so important to you?
I placed an order on Tuesday, and made sure that I only order stuff that they say are available. Today is Thursday, they informed me at 14:00 that the most important thing is not available and that they will send the "extra stuff". huh!
I had to cancel the order. Now I have to rush to a real store where they have it.
I do not recommend Helseplus.dk because it is a waste of time!

There is no need for a compensation, but I want my money back. I have not received my money back since the cancellation of the order. And I don't know why it takes such a long time to return the money!
