I've made several purchases spread over several months and have had no problems. Remember you're buying a game key, not customer service, and you'll be fine. If you're high maintenance, pay full price in a retail store.

FRAUD!
What was I thinking?! 12$ cheaper than the official digital edition and I expected this not to be a fraud. Took them 1 minute to charge my credit card but no response for 10 days. Nobody answering my emails and there is always one customer before me on live chat (genius). Walk away immediately!!!

Wouldn't let me cancel my Pre-Order
I Pre-Ordered Battlefield 4 and the release date was on the 9th Novemeber 2013. I tried canceling my order on the 29th and 30th of October but they would not allow me to for two reasons. 1 - That their manager was not there and 2- They said for me to wait until I get the CD Key. Their live support was not very helpful, asking me to come back at a different time, various times. Won't be using them again I am afraid.
