I have chosen HubHub to transfer the chest of drawers for exactly 1 kilometer from warehouse to my house and then up to 2nd floor. The address was given in full including all details: staircase, no lift, 2nd floor. They required €100 (the warehouse offered theirs transport service for €25, but till the entrance only, not up to 2nd floor)
When my item arrived, two young guys from HubHub required to pay some additional money in cash(!) to bring it to the 2nd floor! But I had paid agreed tariff already! €100!!! And I didn't have any money in cash on me. They simply wanted to leave it on the street!
So I broke my moneybox with all the coins and bagged them to bring it up!!!

Hub Hub helps me to pick up things I bought from auctions. I have several times requested storage service and Hub Hub was able to provide the service I needed. On the day of delivery, they have combined two deliveries from two auctions and send to my apartment. Those items were very heavy and the two delivery men spent a lot of effort handling them. I want to express my appreciation to their very hard work and without Hub Hub I can't manage this!! Thanks!

Goed om te horen dat je zo tevreden bent over onze bezorgservice! Wij proberen onze bezorgingen altijd zo goed mogelijk te verpakken, dat is vooral bij breekbare producten erg belangrijk. Goed om te zien dat deze moeite niet voor niks is geweest!
