iHeadphones 

I bought my headphones a year ago and used them initially for about 3 months.
I did not use them for 2 /3 months and now I am unable to use them as they are not working.
When u charge them the red light comes on but beyond that nothing.
Extrwmel dissappointed after all the effort of trying and been given assurances that they are the best.

I didn't actually buy these ones from iheadphones.co.uk, BUT I got conned into buying the cordless buds of the same name, from iHeadphones.net after reading the good reviews here, and just wanted to warn people NOT TO BUY THE ONES FROM iHeadphones.net. Please! I bought 3 sets for me and my bro and sister and all of them sucked. One earbud only works intermittently, the battery life is crap, one earbud often just wouldn't charge, they're just unintuitive to use and they're generally a crappy product that's unreliable and a complete waste of money.

I surfed the net for headphones and the iheadphone site offered the best range, best information and also the best price.

I ordered a pair of in ear headphones as a present for my daughter's boyfriend at a saving of over 50%.They arrived 2 days later and were superb. Many Thanks iheadphones. This is the third or fourth time I've used the site and each time I've been delighted by the range on offer and the service.

I ordered a pair of Sonixx X- FIT bluetooth headphones on Monday 26th January, they arrived on Tuesday 27th. Unfortunately these were faulty. I spoke with customer service on the 27th who said they would send out a replacement pair. This pair I received on Wednesday 28th. I wish all company's were like i headphones! Excellent service from start to finish, all in 3 days. Highly recommended, and would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I ordered a pair of Cresyn C720H headphones as a Christmas present for my son. I nearly sent them back when I first heard them as the sound was awful, but after a few hours burning in they were much better.
I have used iheadphones before and again the service from them was perfect. They acknowledged my order and gave an accurate delivery date - no problems!

Don't use them, they will rip you off for postage.
Item box damaged, ordered on a thursday Guaranteed next day - came following week and they refused to refund me

Ordered headphones Wednesday.. paid for "express guaranteed next day delivery".. received a confirmation as such, then received an email Friday saying delivery Monday...

I sent an email Friday asking why... no response.

They arrived Monday but still no response.

Makes me wonder what would have happened if they hadn't arrived....and I'm out of pocket £6 extra for "express delivery"... slightly annoying.

Very often you get a good sales experience from a company, but the after-sales and support sometimes doesn't match up, which is a worry if you are spending a considerable amount with an on-line store.
We had a problem with our headphones several months down the line. We contacted iHeadphones and they have replaced them without any quibbling. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed by the speed of response. We would most certainly buy from this company again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Right from when I ordered through to when it was delivered at my address, service was very efficient. Loved the regular email updates about the progress of my order and its whereabouts every step of the way. Apart from the fact that when I receive telephone calls at times, callers have complaint that it all sounds a bit muffled. But apart from that, I would say a very well rounded Bluetooth Headphone and is worth the price. The sounds and the Bass is absolutely perfect especially for a Music Lover like me. Battery life is absolutely brilliant. It tends to last a long time on one full charge alot of the time. I also love the fact that it comes with its own bag which keeps dusts and dirts away.
Would definitely recommend both the FSL ZERO BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE and Iheadphones Company as a whole as I would definitely shop with them again and most certainly would recommend iheadphones to all those people looking for good pair of headphone at affordable price.

And by the way, I also bought my girlfriend a Sports Headphone with SD Card slot and she seem to love it. The sound of this is very good and at such affordable price. She loves the headphones and I myself have heard the level of sound it produces and I must say that I am very well.impressed. Again very good pair of headphone with do many amazing features such as SD Card Slot, USB Charger,etc. All of this again at amazingly affordable price. All thanks to iheadphones for such amazing Gadgets.
