Really great product and service

Really great product and service, bought my diaper bin bags there for a cheaper price than the ‘known’ brand I have been using the in the past. First I was worried they might not fit properly but the customer service was very quick and helpful and reassured me it would fit my bin model. The product arrived super fast and I received a very nice follow up email to be in touch if I had any questions. Overall I rarely see such great customer service! And the bags fit perfectly too - so I can only recommend this website!

I can still smell the nappies in my angelcare bin

These do not work in the angelcare nappy bin. I can still smell the nappies even when i twist the liner. Im constantly having to change the bin which defeats the object. Very disappointing.

Using google translate does not make your response very friendly.. Of course I am using correctly, its a bin liner. Not sure how I could use it wrong???? Not very polite!!
I would happily return if there is no cost to me, its not possible to keep using.
Where do I return to? How do I return?
YOu could also say how youre working on your product to improve not just that I am wrong?? The room with the bin smells awful.

hvordan, men du har brugt refilen helt helt forkert, selvom jeg har vedlagt en
brugs anvisning, hvilket ikke skulle være nødvendigt. du kan også se vores
anmeldelser, hvis dette er rigtigt det du skriver, tror du så ikke at der var mange
der skrev det samme, og jeg producerer IKKE refiler der ikke duer. Du kunne jo
også have ringet til mig om problemet. Du må gerne sende refilerne retur, når
vi har modtaget refilerne og dit konto nummer, så sender vi dig pengene, vi ønsker
