Lovely rings x

Recently purchased 12000BTU Insignia portable air conditioner, worst buy ever! It does not cool. Unfortunately unable to return it, the bracket at the back continues to fall off, the hose when you move it falls out, I still had the hose and parts from my LG which solved the issue because trying to reach someone to find out about getting the part was like pulling teeth. I did purchase this from best buy canada was delivered on the 20th of June 2025.
I have since ordered the LG 12000 btu which actually worked very well in my unit. I only ordered this one as it was a bit cheaper.
Lesson learned stick to the brands that have not let you down in 15 years it was the life span of my LG.
Once my LG arrives I will donate this unit.

Just wanted to share my experience with the handbag which I purchased from the Insignia store located at Tariq road. Unfortunately, I found the leather quality to be quite poor and it seemed to be fake. It's really disappointing when a product doesn't live up to its claims. I would recommend looking for other options with better quality. 🙁

Remember, it's always important to be honest and provide constructive feedback in reviews.

They were very helpful and went the extra mile to get out trophies to us the date we required them. In fact they did not have the trophies we order and gave us a choice of 2 others so we had our trophies by the day before we required them.
Make sure you cover all areas when proof reading including the delivery address!

Service and staff I give excellent for but the piggy banks this year were a little disappointing because:-
1) They were plastic
2) They did not come in nice colours e.g. gold, silver or bronze
3) They did not come in presentation boxes as before.
Please try to get hold of the ones we always used to have for next year. Having said all the above, I would just like to say how lovely, friendly and competent all your staff are - very helpful and lovely to deal with.
