Rubbish & Selfish company

Rubbish & Selfish company! Told you to pay but then said no stock after received money. They won't refund to you and asked you to place another new order. Also, always took almost 2-week for delivery. Told you which delivery date, but no show every time.

Not disabled focused

My 90yr old, self-isolating disabled mother requested delivery of a new wheelchair and has a large sign at eye level on the door saying that the occupant is disabled and needs time to answer the door. So what does the driver do....... leaves the parcel half way down the drive and runs away. Can’t recommend this company and if you have a choice avoid like Covid-19.....

Unreliable service with a truly bad attitude

Switched from TNT to Interlink as being part of DPD was optimistic of a better level of customer service. Just trying to get drivers to pick up parcels is a challenge - do not turn up and then try and impose an extra charge when they turn up the following day! Even had one driver that admitted he was just too busy to come in and collect parcels. Other carriers may be more expensive but if you are looking to save money you will pay a heavy price in customer service.

Liars and thieves - trying to make it impossible to get a refund despite being at fault.

I booked a collection and no one turned up. As it was a time-sensitive delivery, rescheduling wasn't an option. I tried to find a page on their website regarding refunds and none exists. You are instructed to fill out a general enquiry form online. I have tried this 4 times, each time I receive two conflicting emails; one says your claim has been registered and the other says you need to go to the website and fill in the exact same form that I had just completed. When I articulated my anger at their intransigence, I got a rude email instructing me to change my tone. Well, if your customer service department didn't suck monkey anus and you paid me straight away then perhaps I wouldn't be so angry! I am currently 5 weeks removed from my first request and have had two subsequent broken promises about how they have made my claim high priority and it will be in my bank within 5 days and that they are very sorry. Lies! Avoid these carpet-baggers like the plague.

Refusing to pay out claim for lost parcels based on "driver leaving the company"

We had 3 parcels due to us from a customer.
As most are aware they run a barcode scanning system. The stock was collected and not scanned. I then get an email for Interlink to say this had been delayed.
2 days later I receive 1 of the 3 parcels. This had a completely blank Interlink Parcel Label, clearly reprinted. The consignment no relation to the 3 parcel consignment number.
The contents were correct, so was clearly 1 of the 3.
After over a month of constant phone calls, contradicted information from DPD and very poor customer service I finally received the claims form.
The claim was rejected on the basis the driver had "left" the company. And they had no evidence 3 parcels were collected only 1.
No reasons as to why the parcels were missing or relabelled. They have not logically looked into the evidence, and I am now at a £650 loss.

My questions are:

Why would only 1 parcel be collected?
Why was only 1 parcel relabelled?
Why did the driver not confirm on collection 1 parcel was collected out of 3?
Why did the driver not scan 1 parcel in?
Why do we have several confirmations 3 were collected in email and on the phone the silver team (See case number 12740921)
How can you base a case on a system which is obviously flawed from the scannin system itself?

As a regular user I have advised all my customers and staff to avoid DPD until the matter is corrected.

Pulling My Hair Out

They have lost 2 parcels, I opened cases and have received loads of emails, always from different members of staff and asking the same questions. Only to get another email asking the same questions again & again & again. They are supposed to supply £75 insurance, but no one will tell me how to claim it.
Now, my emails are not being answered at all.
I phoned them today and was told to make a claim via the website. So I'm completely back to square 1.
They lost the first parcel, valued at £92 o the 8th of June and the second parcel, of £92 value, (to our same customer) on the 10th of June. It is now the 5th of July and I have got nowhere with making a claim.
THIS IS A REALLY BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
If they deliver your parcel, all is good, but if they lose it, you will not get your money back or any insurance.
Look on their website NO TELEPHONE NUMBERS, says it all really, they don't want any claims, easy to ignore emails.

Not sure why they're not as good as parent DPD

For some reason we have both DPD (Excellent) and Interlink Express; Interlink are not as good as DPD which is odd as they use the same systems etc.

The latest Interlink delivery was damaged and one of the boxes is lost although they're still adament they're going to deliver today despite the parcel being hundreds of miles away and the Interlink driver having been here hours ago and it being half past five in the evening; clearly this isn't going to happen so not sure why they claim it is.

It's a shame you can't speak to someone to ask about it as I'm now completely unsure what is happening to my parcel and if it's going to turn up at all?

Fraudsters

Accepting bookings for parcel pick-ups, taking payment and not turning up is fraud. I have attempted to contact the company twice through its email interface online but with no response. Please do not use this company. I will be reporting them to professional standards.

Never bothered to show up

Booked parcel shipping of an eBay sale through Interlink, collection was scheduled for 9-5:30 the following day. Stayed in all day for courier pickup, nobody came. Could not contact Interlink by phone. Emailed query, no response. Was leaving on holiday the next day so had to cancel the eBay sale. Thanks, Interlink. Bunch of total amateurs, another tinpot UK courier company.

Did not collect and then did not refund payment

Placed an order for collection, booked and paid online and received labels. They did not show up to collect and when I contacted them they told me they had no record of my order even though I had tracking numbers, invoices etc.

3 months later and despite repeated attempts to claim a refund all I get is 'you will have to speak with another department, please email ...' which never provides any response.

Thanks interlink please spend the £25 I paid you on something nice.

Would never use again

Accepted my order for next day delivery, then rescheduled with no warning.

I have been stung with shyster couriers in the past. I went with Interlink as I knew they were part of the DPD group and therefore I expected that they would act with suitable professionalism.

I booked my item for collection for next day delivery at 1pm. At 4pm, I received an email confirming "my" request to delay collection until the following day. After some serious digging, I finally found a phone number and spoke to someone who told me the depot had "rejected" my order as they had no drivers in the area. They refused to offer me a discount on my order or any compensation, simply saying I could accept the change or get a refund.

This is disgraceful behaviour, especially by a company like DPD. They accepted my order for next day delivery, took my money, then ignored me. I received no apology, no warning, nothing. Now my essential delivery will be a day late. If they had told me right away they couldn't take it I would have used someone else. As it is, this was my first and certainly will be my last time using Interlink.

Stay away from them and use a proper courier. I'm going back to DHL.

Brilliant!

This courier is the best ever!
They give you a 1 hour time slot for delivery and you can track the van on the internet to see where is his at any time.
Fantastic service.
Why can't all couriers be like this.

Brilliant customer support.

I phoned customer service because I wasn't sure about a booking for parcel collection I made online.
Prompt and efficient response right to the top.
Parcel collected before I could barely affix my label.
I will definitely be using the service again.

Brilliant Service.

I have always used the Interlink Direct service when sending small items which people have bought off eBay. It has a nice friendly interface and also sports paypal, perfect for any online shopper. I recommend.
