Not totally Into-bikes fault but Royal Mail. Part ordered and posted on the Thursday with delivery date given as the Saturday, Sunday or Monday latest. Five days later I am still waiting with a gearbox dissembled waiting for the part and a boat to catch in two days time. Not impressed.

Beware - read below before leaving a review

This is not the same company as the ebay seller who seems it appropriate to ignore messages about the quality of goods sold. This has been verified by me. However you will find the seller on facebook. The sellers address on ebay is Registered office address
107 Stubby Lane, Marchington, Uttoxeter, England, ST14 8LP so make sure the review you want to leave relates to this business address on ebay, dont leave it on here because they are not on trustpilot. Google reviews on linked to the correct company.

I bought a front brake switch for my VFR from them, on ebay, after installing it did not work. I was lucky to realise the problem before going for a ride, it could have been much worse and extremely dangerous to ride the motorcycle with no brake light . I disassembled the switch to check the problem and I realise it is poorly made most likely sold in China for few pennies. I do not care too much if this people are scammers and have a really bad reputation but safety should always come first, and behaving this way put at risk people life.
I hope my comments will be able to help some else in the future. By the way I have chased them to have the money back they never reply.

Where do you start! Useless service from a bunch of crooks!

Where do you start! Do not get tricked into using these people. I didn't find these reviews until it was too late. I was a lucky one, but never again. Ordered a Givi screen after finding this company online. Thought I'd done well, the order was easy to make, got confirmation in 24 hours and there was nothing to suggest Intobikes are anything but a decent business. However, that's just where the fun begins... as listed in a lot of reviews here, you then get no more communication, no more updates, and no response to any calls to the very expensive telephone number. After 3 weeks of hearing nothin and not know what was going on, I then had a surprise delivery email from DPD. The item was arriving the next day, or at least that what I thought. On delivery day DPD cancelled advising that the part hadn't been despatched by Intobikes. I'd had enough now so having had funds withdrawn 2 weeks prior I contacted my credit card people. They told to cancel the order immediately and request confirmation straight away from Intobikes. The bank would then chase and recover the funds on after a five day notice period. I did so and again got no reply. After another 3 days and without any communication I then got another delivery note from DPD. Within two hours The item had arrived! The postage was marked 2 days after I had cancelled and threatened legal action via the bank. I had no apology, no explanation no communication. I got my part, but it took a serious legal complaint before getting it! I firmly believe these scammers take your money and have no intention of fulfilling an order unless they have no choice. They work on the basis only the few go as far as pursuing like I did. I'll never use them again and strongly suggest no-one else does either.

Avoid avoid avoid.

I wish I had looked here first before buying from this company.
They don't answer emails, or the telephone (a premium rate that charges you even when no answer).
So in effect you have no come back, no guarantee, and no peace of mind.
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Trading standards will be advised.

Don't deal with this company they are a …

Don't deal with this company they are a nightmare.
DO NOT RING THEIR PREMIUM TELEPHONE NUMBER. IT WILL RING OUT WITH NO ANSWER BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CALL. I WAS CHARGED OVER £10 FOR CALLS NOT EVEN ANSWERED.
Having placed an order for product they claimed they had in stock it was clear that this was not the case as even the supplier did not have the product in stock. I emailed intobikes several times to cancel the order with no email reply or contact whatsoever. Calling them didn't work and please see above . Their number is a premium one which will charge you even if they don't answer.
Having placed the order over a month ago I suddenly received an email yesterday saying my order had been dispatched even having emailed them again to cancel. I emailed them again but again no answer.
They have now taken the money from my account and although they have provided a tracking code the courier has no record of the delivery.
These people are not to be trusted and other reviews here suggest similar experiences. If I receive the products I will have to try to sell them on as I am sure I will not be able to return them.
I will be contacting trading standards and MCN and the product supplier themselves (who did supply the goods with excellent service) as these people are destroying the good name of online motorcycle retailers.
Please be careful - this is not a mail order company to be trusted. I may even turn up on their doorstep sometime to see the whites of their eyes!!! If they even exist.

Proceed with caution

I generally don't check reviews on retailers before I make a purchase but in this instance it would have paid off.
Firstly BEWARE – the phone number on this website are PREMIUM RATE so if calling from a mobile you get charged!! This had happened to me and this was against all calls that just rang and were never picked up.
In my instance I have been lucky in that I actually received my goods within the given timeframe however intobikes's communication is non-existent; either that or someone at the other end is being very selective with what they wish to reply to.
It almost gives you the impression this company has some form of cash flow problems and don't give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you change your mind. God forbid I had some problem with my purchases... would I ever be able to discuss it with them??.. I very much doubt it!

In this day and age if you want to be successful in business you need to deliver in the customer services department.

I'm not convinced intobikes' online payment system is full proof as you have to input 'all' your details for them to validate offline. I have to mention the following thing as it seems very co-incidental and I am by no means accusing this retailer of that happened next... within a week of placing my order my details were used to make a couple of non-uk transactions of £1000's not belonging to me. My credit card company blocked my card just in time before more transactions were attempted. This is the only website I've put my details in to this degree so its anyone’s guess how this happened.
(Incidentally my computer had no malware or anything that was able to hijack my bank details to send off to someone to use them)

Absolutely awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely awful company. Worst I've ever dealt with.
I ordered goods, their site said in stock for next day delivery. I received a mail informing me it would take four weeks to deliver so I immediately emailed to cancel (NOTE there is no phone number to call them on). I received no reply so I emailed them EVERY DAY FOR TEN DAYS telling them to cancel, they never once replied. Then they delivered the goods (I'd already purchased elsewhere). By doing this they are breaking the law, as they are ignoring cancellation instructions, this contravenes Distance Selling Regulations. They will be receiving a legale letter from me. So I strongly urge anyone thinking of using this company ...AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE DISHONEST SELLERS.

Contacted these wasters to order front and rear brake discs, and a full set of pads. Rang to check application but phone not answered, rang a further 6 times, never answered. Then emailed, still no reply 1 week later. They advertise 48 hour delivery, what rubbish. Needed parts for failed MOT before taking booked road trip. They still advertise on Google/Facebook. Trust all the negative reviews. DONT waste your time or money.

Avoid like the plague.

Avoid like the plague.
Waited two months for a multiple item order due to one item being out of stock, no communication, no answer to phone or email.
Finally I threatened them with a PayPal dispute and funnily enough the rest of my order was received in quick time and the missing item sent shortly after.
I have had a poor experience with Into bikes via eBay (didn't realise it was them or I wouldn't have touched with the proverbial ten ft barge pole) after ordering a part for my KTM that wasn't as described. Once again no response to messages and I was forced to open a dispute.

Excellent service

Great service from Derek who quickly sorted an issue with the supplied bracket despite it not being their fault. Will happily use again and recommend to anyone.

Reliable and efficient service, I will be a return customer!

After some difficulty sourcing a Puig screen for my Ducati in Australia I found the Intobikes website and they had the screen in their catalogue. I was advised that there would be a slight delay in obtaining a screen due to factory supply but received notification from Intobikes as soon as the order was on its way. I was also able to track the order from the UK to Australia and it arrived safe and sound, well packaged and undamaged. Intobikes has an extensive range of accessories and equipment, I can thoroughly recommend their service and I will certainly be a return customer.

Grumpy customer service from 'manager'

I have just got off the phone with ‘customer service’
Extremely disappointed at the service, greeted with a grumpy male who didn’t want to talk with no patience, he has rudely asked for the item number when I enquired about a price. The page I was on had a price but no item number, I was told, “All pages have an item number on for the product.”

The page I was on is available and live had a price but no such item number.

/promotions/weise-avance-ce-approved-jacket

The price is clearly stated at £379.15 and the male has said, "the price is the one on the product page and this is the pre VAT price. Probably." Now this is likely the case and not an issue as the normal price is what I am going to spend anyway but always worth asking.

I have then asked to speak to a manager purely due to the appalling attitude I don't want to spend £1000 with someone that doesn't want to be in customer service.

To which I was then informed, "I am a manager."

Not sure if this is a bad day or a standard attitude of the company I can only go on my personal experience, but if that is the attitude to spending money I dread to think what would happen in a return or issue!

From the other reviews it appears to just be this chap or his day.
