I was searching for a HDD drive 5400RPM on Amazon to fit in my brand new PS3 SuperSlim and found a Toshiba 500GB which I purchased, promising to deliver the item in four days. Big mistake. What I was subject to was a total lack of customer service and disregard for the item. I emailed after five days to ask where the item was, apparently they had no idea the item was purchased despite Amazon clearly stating the item was purchased and the money sent to them! I then decided to purchase a excellent Samsung HDD from a separate far more reputable and reliable company, and requested a refund for the Toshiba. It was only when I requested a refund that IvoryEgg refused and sent me the Toshiba, too late because by the time it was delivered the Samsung was already in and running on my PS3, so I had no use for the Toshiba anymore. They refused a refund, but fortunately I sold the Toshiba on eBay for a profit.

SHOCKING is to say the least, I purchased a Computer Case On AMAZON and was sent COMPLETELY The wrong case, when i contacted them i was told the case i had ordered was discontinued and they did not have any stocks left, When i went onto there website it said that they had over 250 in stock, I then informed the person who deals with the amazon account and was given the lame excuse of sorry thats our fault, It is now over 3 months on AND it is still showing as in stock on their website and amazon!


Totally shocking Would not recommend and if 0 stars was an option i would have no hesitation.

"If you order after their Friday cut-off time of 3pm, this company will still take your £9.99 for Amazon's advertised "Express Delivery" of 1 - 2 days even though they know they will not see the order till Monday morning. Then they don't even dispatch it till Tuesday!!! It is advertised as 1 - 2 delivery days not dispatch days. Amazon should crack down on this abuse of their customers."

Ordered a paper feeder from them on the 24th, for express delivery in 1-2 days. Product has still not arrived on the 30th.

On Amazon, they claimed they had two of the product in stock. It would appear that in fact, they had none at all.

After my first query, they promised they would send the product on the 28th for delivery in 1-2 days. It has still not even been sent.

Not malicious, as far as I can tell, but highly frustrating.

UPDATE: Eventually it arrived on the 7th of Feb. Even though it was late, one of the employees in particular seemed to be trying very hard to get the product delivered as soon as possible. They were decent enough to refund the delivery fee, after I made a fuss about it.

I ordered a laptop case that was a minimum of £5 cheaper than everywhere else as it came with free delivery! Due to the low price and free delivery I was expecting to be waiting ages for it's arrival, but instead it arrived the next day! Fantastic service and price! Will certainly look to use again!

Failed to dispach when order was placed. Rang them on the 11th day to check on progress, they relised there mistake, dispatched that day arived next day in post.

These guys are extremly patient and understanding. Through not fault of theirs I changed my mind about an item I ordered. Later realising that it wasn't actually what I needed. By right, right I should have done my homework first and thoroughly researched the product before placing an order for it.

After realising this, I contacted their team in an attempt to cancel the order, but it was too late. I panicked, but a cool character by the name Scott, calmly provided prompt instructions as to how I can go about getting the item back to them without any additional costs or hassle. I followed his instructions and was refunded shortly after.

It is very refreshing to know that there are still business out there that you can rely on and trust to treat their customers fairly and respectfully. I will return...
